Why would you think they need special treatment?
Some require lifting in a particular way (using pucks) so as not to damage the battery packs. Some need to be in 'jack mode', some need to be in 'neutral' for brake testing, wipers need to be in 'service mode' for checking - there are a few things that are different. That's why I asked. Why would you think they need special treatment?

Just bung it into any MOT centre it will be fine.
If you are really worried give your service centre a call and see who they use.
Last 3 cars (at least) I’ve had need pucks, (but at MOT time they lift by the wheels then just jack a corner, they don’t go on a post lift) due to undertrays, have wiper service modes and a convoluted neutral/ electric parking brake procedure and its never been an issue. Most air suspended cars also have a jack mode.
Talk to the garage and ask, offer to hang about in case they struggle to activate a needed feature, I’m sure it’s not an issue. Or if it’s not a Tesla, take it to the main dealer, although they are quite good at fishing for known issues…..

Just go to a center that uses an inspection pit rather than a lift?
Not sure what difference that makes when the wheels need lifting to check wheel bearings, tyres etcFor things like brake tests our computer tells us what to do, certain 4x4 cannot go in the brake rollers etc.

It's not just a car though is it? For example; Why would you think they need special treatment?
"This website contains Tesla-specific details aimed to facilitate the inspection such as VIN locations, jacking points, settings for free wheeling, and how to complete the brake tests."
"Enabling Transport Mode (Model 3/Model Y)
As a standard safety feature, Tesla vehicles automatically engage the parking brake when it detects a driver is leaving the vehicle, even if Neutral has been selected. Enable Transport Mode to make sure that the wheels roll freely without an occupant in the vehicle.
Make sure that the key card is inside of the vehicle
Shift into Park.
Press and hold the brake pedal.
On the touchscreen, touch Controls > Service > Towing.
The towing screen is displayed.
Touch and hold Transport Mode.
After the parking brake disengages, “Entering Transport Mode, press brake pedal to continue” appears on the touchscreen.
TIP: The vehicle enters Transport Mode when you hear the rear parking brake disengage.
NOTE: In Transport Mode, the vehicle does not shift into a driving gear.
To exit Transport Mode, either:
Shift into Park using the gear selector stalk
Touch the Transport Mode button again"

Do you really think other cars don't have similar systems?
What do you mean lift them properly? Most MOT stations I know of have a 4 poster ramp with a central jack. EV’s still have lower control arms / rear subframes etc to lift up on.
It wouldn’t be any different checking wheel bearings/steering play on your EV than my 23 year old Volvo, there will be somewhere sturdy to lift it from underneath.
The brake testing I imagine they’d likely just road test it same as they do with most 4x4s, probably the easiest option.

Found this - fun fact, an MOT centre cannot refuse to do an MOT just because a car is hybrid or electric.
