I can't get my head round it but he describes it as an instant 'made in Chelsea' turnkey lifestyle for grads who don't have the right parents. The day they start work they have a home in the right place and access to all the right venues.

that said I guess the concept is no different to places like Port Sunlight (except, IIRC, the person concerned had social values and was a philanthropist)
