Why exactly is the public charging network so flakey?
Discussion
yes, that is the one I briefly worked for, I think they were based in Luton, moved to MK after BP bought them and all the reviews I have read say they are one of the worst public use charge stations, I think they do private stations or maybe ones installed job lot at work locations too.
Things might have improved since my time there, but it was pretty shoddy and given the choice I would avoid and it seems I am not alone judging by videos and reports.
Any company that has a 2.3 employee review on Indeed, well say no more!

i had a 16a polar unit installed in 2014 when i got an outlander phev, got rid of it a couple of years later and it was dormant until i got my EV in July 22. the customer services for an admittedly old piece of kit was absolutely hopeless. on the basis of that, when i upgrade to a 32a unit, there's no way i'd go with pulse or whatever they're called.Things might have improved since my time there, but it was pretty shoddy and given the choice I would avoid and it seems I am not alone judging by videos and reports.
