What brilliant news to wake up to - TVR make it through the night - 23rd and 27th overall.

It's a shame about Shortie's team and Zytek but good to see Morgan and Lister still in there too.

Sod the f**tball, give me wheels any day!

So Veloqx Audi #88 (Herbert, Smith, Davies) had rear suspension problems, hence why now behind Goh Audi #5... but now ringing it's neck to try and close the gap!
C'mon Johnny!!!!

Amazingly, the sister car Veloqx Audi #8 (McNish, Biela, Kaffer) which was virtually destroyed in 200mph crash and now has just two drivers has climbed to 7th... and has 5th in site!!!!

Davies in gravel, Kristensen still leading from #88

respect due to Kristensen for his acheivements but i have to want the #88 Veloqx car to win... no car with 3 drivers of the same nationality have ever one!

and the last time two brits won was like '57 or something!!!

Magnussen leads Enge in GTS by 12 seconds!!!

lead Freisinger GT car = dieing

LMP2 = dead

Davies in gravel

He only lost 19 secs with that spin (unless you have faster connection, and he's done it again!!!!) and is running approx 2'38" behind.

ps. Kaffer/Biela in Veloqx #8 now 5th!

re: the two TVR's 30 minute lap.

Just heard on RLM that after Hugh Chamberlin (sp) said things were going well, both cars came into the pits: one with a bolt missing from the diff - causing major vibrations; did not catch what the problem was with the other car.

Anyway, both cars back out and running.

Kenneth.

How do you email Radio Le Mans? Want to tell them to stop blathering about the prototype cars (which I think ought to be excluded from Le Mans) and cover the real world cars GT battle between TVR/Morgan/Ferrari/Porsche - Le Mans should be about real road cars as in the 1950's and 1960's. Wouldn't it be fantastic if they only allowed real road cars - just imagine Lamborghini, Honda S2000, BMW Z series, Porsche, TVR 400R and the Morgan's battling it out. That would be a spectacle.

Personally I took great delight in watching Bentley win last year and have been more than a little interested in the Nasamax, Taurus Caterpillar and Zytek projects!

ps. Oh, and don't forget that prototypes and F1 are responsible for many features which find there way in to road legal GT cars.

From the RLM timing page the 96 Tuscan has caught the gt class car in front, 75 Theirry Perrier Porsche GT3, making up 6 laps.

TVR currently 2 minutes 6 seconds behind.

Just checked again and according to the site the last lap for the 75 Porsche was over 37 minutes. I assume it is having problems.
