I believe that hotels in the Accor group do not book more than 100 days in advance. This is certainly true for web bookings. These include Formule 1 and Ibis.

Probably in LM itself it's difficult. But in the nearby you can find rooms even in the week before the race, has I did last year.

Try searching:

www.logis-de-france.fr/uk/index.htm

There web site certainly let me put in dates that far ahead. It didn't let me book 2006 though which I was tempted to do!

raftom - thanks.

so do I mate - but I just dont know how you could get the same old Le Mans experience staying away from the track

I cant stand camping - but car events are the exception.
