true its piss cold at 3am even in the summer.

We always take motorola talkabout radios, that way you dont need to use mobiles and can chat as much as you like all weekend - V useful in a convoy too.

A torch is handy for finding your car at 3am in some unlit field near Arnage.

Ear defenders are excellent to wear trackside over your earphones for radio Le Mans. It is impossible to hear it otherwise.

Be careful my mate has just been caught by the French traffic cops, they spotted the bracket on his screen.
The radar was in the boot not being used but he still had it taken away and fined £500.00 !!!!!!

We were thinking of some sort of theme to go dressed in, but unsure at the moment!

French customs? Thats a joke - didnt see any sign of them.

UK security chaps stopped us going onto the chunnel though and made us miss our train/lose our convoy .
If I was a drug smuggler/terrorist I'd certainly chose a fully stickered up sports car, travelling in convoy with 15 other fully stickered up sports cars as my discrete mode of transportation.

Hmm i think most of all and with expert advice i would say a packet of bungs (imodium) track side food can be quite searching .
