I've put a bid on...bit like sick animals really...just feel I ought to repatriate the gravel in June. Or at least lay it down for Kuntari's boules

Got to ask though, what else should we put on eBay...'genuine beer mountain', bottles of Sunday best pikey whisky...any ideas?

A mate did pick up a shred of carbon from a burnt out McLaren F1 GTR from the end of the mulsanne a few years ago - Adam, still got it? Might be worth best part of a quid by now!

I've got most of the 'back end' of one of the Nissan's from 1997... number 23... The roof and the rear tail, with lights and so on... saw it on EBay a few years ago and couldn't resist!!

Can't be much gravel for £4 P&P otherwise I'd have gone for it - the drive needs more gravel

Well I won it so I'll find out in a couple of days...can't decide whether to use it in the garden or set it free in June.

Funny thing was that the actual postage cost turned out to be £4.30 so the poor seller made a 29p loss on the overall deal.

Pride of Place on my book shelf is a little green beer bottle filled with gravel from under the dunlop bridge topped off with some bits of rubber.

Collected by myself from the track on my first visit in 1996......
