I still don't get why people think it's OK to visit France then "opt out" of their laws.
If Johnny Foreigner comes over here in a truck and uses phone / eats a bowl of cereal whilst driving (then gets away with it), there's uproar. France is a great place, LM is a great event, why not just respect the locals on the journey?
