Myself and 2 mates will be staying in Ardennen Camping L'Eau Rouge again this year.We first visited during the WEC event last year. Facilities are basic but very good. Franka serves up some food in the evening. Usually just 1 dish, we had the Lasagne last year and it was great. There is a small bar on site with quite a few of the usual Belgium beers. If you want some slightly diffeeent offerings best to stop off at the local supermarket.
We are at the Italian in town on the Friday last year which was good but it does get pretty busy ( you will see a lot of the teams and drivers from yhthe support series in their).
Come over and say hello if you see us at the campsite. Currently we are planning to take a Cerbera / Chimeara / E46 M3.

I don’t believe they do but you can stream radio Le Mans for less then 2gb for the whole race. The WEC app is also good for finding out what has just happened too.
Radio LeMans also available on the TuneIn Radio app. I find this works slightly better on mobile devices that the RLM website.TheHoof said:

I can't get Radio Le Mans to work on TuneIn at the minute, might be to do with their re-brand as Radio Show Limited and the 3 separate channels, for anyone interested the qualifying and race will be on RSL 3 on Radio Le Mans.comgt6 said:
does anyone know wether there will be any radio commentary at the circuit this year and if so what frequency
I get the impression it will all be online and not radio. The WEC app looks like it has commentary but not sure if this requires the purchase of a race/season pass or not, at least the roaming data charges wont cost a fortune for listening online. Radio Le Mans would be best, I'd feel like I'm being unfaithful if I watch racing without HIndy in my ear.Great Dane said:

This a historic guide I have compiled from various sources - some of them my own. About the history of the place. If anyone finds any of the borderstones from the pre 1920 border please send me a message. We have been looking for them for years. Yah Eau Rouge was once the actual border between Belgium and German and the old building on the left as you walk up - inside the old road loop was the actual customs station... and the toilets in the lower pits were some official building too.... I have copies of actual maps with all the train lines in the area etc
catching up on this and need to visit Spa soon but have 2 Le Mans trips this year. Did think of Herman's website too. Write up could have a bit more on Stewart accident as length of time, other drivers and spectators toolkit etc emphasises risks etc. This a historic guide I have compiled from various sources - some of them my own. Anyone know what the deal for coverage (UK TV) is this weekend? I've got BT sport which according to the press blurb from the FIA has the UK coverage, however there is f-all on the listings for Saturday (both normal and xtra channels), BT TV seem to know nothing about the series, and I'm not paying extra for the app as I've got Eurosport player as a back up, but its on my tablet / phone only and I was hoping to record and delay the coverage until I'm finished with dad duties later on the Saturday (I know, 1st world problems and all that...)
I'd imagine that BT have ditched it as (shock horror given they didn't advertise it and kept shunting it onto the extra channels) the viewing was poor, in which case I'll have to use Eurosport player and drop in and out.
Any ideas???

The Motorsport.tv channel (formerly Motors TV) is showing most of the race live, just a couple of half hour gaps to show other stuff.
Otherwise it is paying for the WEC app for streaming coverage.
Plus, Radio Le Mans streaming their own audio commentary (different to official WEC commentary).
