Anyone Caught Speeding?

I'm not saying I drive like a loon, but it does take a great deal of pressure off if I am driving in the UK on my french plates. I don't have to pay the Thames crossing it seems and nor do any other foreigners, but it worried me as to how to deal with the payment the first time until I was advised that nothing could happen. I've set off a few radars in the UK, more by lack of attention than anything else, and I make no excuses. But why the UK have acceded to France's request to have access to UK addresses and don't chase up foreign transgressors beats me.

The UK staff is not going to work for another country collecting the fines.... will it be better after the crazy Brexit, I wonder ???
