My travel buddy of nearly thirty years has yet again surpassed himself with pictures from the great race.... (IMHO) he is not armed with a press pass - only a small step ladder... during the race we both discuss daybreak (6am) and sunset (10pm) and an

Those pictures are amazing. I'll show them to my stepson tonight - he's climbing the walls for his first trip there in 2019. Thanks for posting.

Yeah some years it doesn't work if it is grey or raining... another thing we talk about a lot is the night shots without a flash

I was at Arnage for sunrise which was great. Also got to see one of the cars crash down there. If it is looking like a good clear morning next year I think I will go for Dunlop. Where exactly are you positioning yourself for Dunlop? Are you down the hill, near the stand, in the stand?
