Question to all brave souls who endured the ACO Billetterie website this morning....

What was the highest number of available spaces left to buy you've seen on following campsites:
-Houx
-Houx Annexe
-Bleu Nord
-Bleu Sud
-Maison Blanche
-Expo
-Garage Vert
-Hen's Teeth a.k.a. Tertre Rouge

I reckon most if not all of the Pie --> spaces at these campsites gets allocated to ticket agencies, and ACO-supporting Joe gets the crumbles left at Epinettes and Beausejour????

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If my stay there two years ago is anything to go by, you'll enjoy your time at Garage Vert

I think there were 36 left on Expo when i finally got to them. That was after about 45 minutes of trying though.

Now then Vince,

You are perfectly correct, that's why we gave up buying tickets direct from the ACO years ago and resigned ourselves to paying a premium to an agency to actually get the tickets we wanted.

Yes indeed. That is exactly what I was referring to. If the ACO didn't shift all their stock to the agencies, then we would be able to buy directly from the ACO, instead of the agencies. But apparently the ACO went for the easy "let's sell 100 campingplaces to agency t u v w x y z each and safe us from dealing with Joe/Jim Average" and therefore we're obliged to pay premium to get what we want. Not a customer-friendly way of doing business IMHO.

I don't think they are allowed by law to be helpful to customers

I got on about 15 mins after ticketing opened and there were no Bleu Sud tickets available.

I know it's not a big site, but wtf?!

I got on after lunch at around 12:40. There were places available in Bleu Nord and Sud and Maison Blanche. In Maison Blance it was a single digit number.
