Can't remember where I found it but it's miles better than the WEC one!

If you click on the icon (top right) next to the 'gear' icon it opens a new tab with analysis which is very good.

Why do they insist on doing these studio bits during the race FFS.

I have the Rebellion TVR live in-car feed on right now via Facebook whilst Tom witters on in the studio (no offence to him, Driving God, etc)

I agree, this studio section is truly terrible!

Going good here in Manchester. Brother in Law brought me a load of Guinness from his home in Ireland. Lots of leftover BBQ food on the go too.

What timing screen feed are people using?
Is that a G plan coffee table? We had the oval one/we as in my parents some time ago

Yes, it is. My parents have exactly the same one.

I see them from time to time at Antiques fairs and they go for around £65 so don't throw it out if you have one!

I challenge anyone to come up with a better entry to this forum during the race. That really made me smile. Thank you.

That studio section was a bit awkward - the guy on the left couldn’t decide what position to stand in and could barely out a sentence.

Moderately unrelated question time.

Why, when road car styles tend to follow racing, do we not have tyres with a far higher sidewall profile as opposed to the thin line of tyre we currently have?

The LMP an GT cars have had that thicker look for a few years and they look far better.

Because road cars are more influenced by aesthetics than race cars are, and the car buying public seem to like ultra low profile tyres and large diameter wheels.

Regards tyres, I am not an expert but suspect that there is a mandatory maximum wheel radius (so that brake size and performance is also restricted), so they couldn't run 21"wheels with 5mm tyre sidewalls even if they wanted to. No idea whether they would lap faster on pram wheels but I agree all cars look better with meaty tyres on!

Can you get tha Eurosport 24hr ‘No advert/no commentary’ stream? Then put Radio Le Mans on the hifi/laptop. Perfect combo.

Gosh the GT cars barely look like they are moving. I looked up from the on-board with the TVR Rebellion to the battle between the Corvette and Ford GT, and I thought they were on a yellow flag lap! eek

That's my point, they look better with more meat.

What a silly mistake
He was all over the track leading up to that, you could just see it was going to happen!

What happened to Button's #11 car? 3 laps down in the pits, what did I miss?

Yup. That's what I meant earlier when I said that it felt I saw it in slow motion. yes

How good does the Rothmans livery look on the factory Porsche #91?

Rubbish. Without the sponsor logo it reminds me of those imitation football kits you get for a team like Manchester Reds when a game doesn't have the license. It looks a lot better media photos than real life

Sorry missed that. Exactly right no need for a slow motion replay on that one!
