Not good news for those who use TCS for Le Mans or the staff who did a great job managing the event. Hopefully someone will buy this arm of the business and keep it going.

What are people considering as a 'plan b' instead of Airtrack (Thomas Cook) if the running of the site does not transfer.

Beausujour. The 2 sites are quite similar, really =)

I couldn't be happier with TCS. They really do run a good site. Yes, it's expensive but IMO, it's money well spent.

Hopefully, someone can get this up and running in one way or another before too long.

I can’t imagine for one minute they weren’t making a profit on this element of the operations........

My only (so far) trip to Le Mans was with Thomas Cook and it was perfect.

Really hope somebody takes over the site.

On MM on RLM last night the news also came out that Speedchills are being taken over/merged with Travel Destinations. So further changes afoot.

Acquired by Travel Destinations. Which is a bit of a shame, as they apparently don't have plans to reinstate the private camping on Bleu Sud.

Team Langoustine have now secured this site, which is great news. I think prices still to be confirmed but am glad someone has taken the site over as its a great location

Great news, loved this site. I wonder whether TL’s offer will be different to TC, their pre erected tents were always welcomed!

I have spoken to 'The Guys' at Team Langoustine and it is all sounding very exciting.

I will be updating the Beermountain website with more information as I get it

Can anyone recommend the site? Having been with TL for several years it would be good to know if the TC site is worth the move. Thanks.

from what I understand, the old TC site will be run by TL and will offer similar facilities on both sites.
So if you have stayed with TL you would know what to expect at their new site.
The old TC is not as close to the track, but is surrounded by trees so might have a slightly different feel.

I used in 2018 and thought it was fantastic. Its pretty quiet as a location. Very close to the paddock and the Dunlop Bridge. It seemed to attract a fun not crazy crowd. If they keep the facilities similar they were decent.

You pay the money, but get hassle free.

It's a cracking site and providing TL maintain the high standards, I would have no hesitation in booking it again. The security is top notch, decent grub and a good atmosphere.

I hve just boked up for 18 of us at the old thomas cook site with Team Langosutine. smile such a relief as we love this site

the location of the site is great and less than a 5 minute walk to the pits.

from conversations I have had with TeamLangosutine facilities should be at least as good as their current site at Tertre Rouge. with toilet and shower facilities(clean and mantained clean) and a marquee with a Bar, Satelite TV and food

have a look here www.teamlangoustine.com
