Got there last year, stood by a marshals post and they didn't say anything - we just stood far enough back that we were not causing any harm.

Sorry, but as I plan to get there again this year i am not prepared to say where as if there were too many people there would be no chance. It was interesting finding a place to go and included walking across somewhere and spotting 2 Gendarme heading towards us - quick about turn!

Well worth it though. My brother, who I was with, summed it up nicely. Said, despite all his education there was only one word for the experience.... F**k - absolutely right.

Didn't hang around long enough to find out. plus I probably wouldn't have understood what was said anyway!

Me and a friend covertly sneaked through the woods in 2003 without too many problems, but last year the marshalls were onto us. We didn't really have much success. Haven't done it at night though, bet that is scary.

A couple of us managed to get up against the Armco four or five years ago. Best thing ever, 6ft away from cars screaming past absolutely flat out at 200+ fantastic, my ears where ringing for hours.

In 2003 two of us managed walk in and stand by the marshal's post just before Arnage for about 10 mins before they sused we weren't supposed to be there and sent us packing, cool while it lasted!
