Loving this. Just got informed that the race was going ahead this weekend earlier today. Eurosport with RLM is the usual way to go.

I've got a feeling its going to be a good race even without so many teams/cars.

Need to get the beers/pizza/junk in tomorrow. Anyone know of any solid beer deals feel free to spread the knowledge! biggrin

Certainly nowhere near enough for an individual worth getting 2-3 Are these stubby bottles, if so make that 4 if doing it proper Lydia

WEC stream has different English commentary (Alan McNish as a support) or French, no ads and can switch to in car streams from 90,91,95,1, 7, 8 plus quite a few LMP2 cars. Main camera feed is same as Eurosport (12 seconds delay on WEC) but no adverts

can also drop down to the live timings (with driver and car silhouettes (not new Porsche liveries though)) for overall or by cat (or your selection) and can also see the positions around the lap (overall, by cat or by your selection). Does have all the weather and wind and track temp stuff.

Seems to work fine on laptop fiawec.com or on phone now

Watching WEC on laptop with eurosport on TV at same time. (Will get app for rest of WEC races )

Qualifying 45 mins session good yesterday but at least 2 long ad runs on eurosport (does make the night session a but duller though)

Just had a call from a nice lady at ACO.

Whether I get it working or not is another thing but nice that they made the effort to call.

edit - And magically working and another call from the nice lady.
Back in love with the ACO ladies again.cloud9

Fastest ever non-hybrid lap (if you missed it on Eurosport ad break) - only a half hour session!

Happy for there to be a Porsche and a Ferrari to be ahead in GTE Pro - hopefully no bopping this year!

Just watched it on Eurosport last night.

Wow, no atmosphere at all without a crowd.

Commentators are not allowed in the same room, so its a bit disjointed.

As for the car line-up, LMP1 looks pretty dull, quick but dull. Hoping the Rebellion can
challenge but it does not look good. LMP2 and down the field looks like some good battles
but its just the lack of atmosphere.

Hope it improves.

Enjoyed hyperpole, happy to see that continue, need to go back to Fridays being free once spectators are back though, I'd have thought the local area will demand that.

You must've missed the 45min qualy session yesterday then - RLM showing us how commentary is done. Was fantastic.

Yep, more the feel of Sunday night at Le Mans, with that slight feeling of loss with it all being over for another year. Catching a glimps of the Dunlop grandstand, where I should be sat this weekend was almost enough to bring a tear to the eye.

I'd assume they will go back to "Plan A" post-Covid, so from memory "Eeepur poll" would be in the 23:30-00:00 slot on Thursday night - which would be an awesome way to end the day.

Suspect hyperpole will be run early evening to make the most of a good tv slot. Might have a final free practice after it.

I' d guess Silverstone at Easter may well be a back up for not being able to go to Sebring
