Hi All,
I'm travelling to Le Mans this year and deceided to get a Magnetic GB Sticker for the car to save the trouble of peeling the damn thing back off .
The only trouble is the Ferrari is made of Aluminium.... Doh!!.
Then I thought of my Friend's car, he is travelling with me...in a TVR..Doh!!

G,
Howabout taping one to the inside of your window...saves messing around with the glue.
Thanks to the lack of characters on my number plate, I have room to stick a little one on the plate. To be honest, I don't think you really need one at all these days, we're all just one big happy euro family!?!?!

ps Don't forget to tell your insurance company your going to France.

I've never bothered with a GB sticker -- I just buy the headlight converters every year -- as they fall off every year

I used to buy a magnetic GB plate every year and consistently lose it, so now I've just bought a rear number plate that has the "GB" included on the left with the Euro symbol and a Union Jack.... about the same price as a couple of magnetic plates!

IIRC when the magnetic plate was released in the early 90's the makers tested in by driving a Cav turbo up to 130mph to check it stayed on.
They obviously dont understand how fast us brits like to drive on empty french motorways......

Get some Euro number plates made up, with the circle of stars and GB on, and you don't need a sticker. Problem solved!
