How much fuel did everyone use?

Some of them roads around that part of the world are just fabulous. Did a three week holiday in Antibes. Did loads of miles up around the mountains, Grasse was one place we went through on several occassions. I need to do it again, only in a decent car next time. An E320 Merc is fine for the blast down, then you need something small, light and damn quick!
One day soon I hope.
