Just got this from Club Arnage today:

Le Mans 1000k race in November
For those of you impatient for Le Mans 2004 the ACO have announced that
on Sunday 9th November 2003 will be the "Le Mans 1000 km". It will be
held on the "Bugatti" circuit using 2003 Le Mans regulations and will be
a qualifying event for the 24 hours in 2004. This new event will be the
opening of the 2004 "Le Mans Enurance Series".
Wonder if any hotels will be free? Anyone know of any good ones that arent too pricey?
