I applied through NVS this morning. Not heard a thing either way. Not even looking for a new car but might aswell at that money! Shame it doesn't look like they'll go through...

True, never though of it until yesterday but ticks a lot of boxes, 4x4 , DSG , estate and decent spec and engine, has made me question if I really want a manual , 1.4 Audi A4 avant!

Well....

My VW dealer just called to say it has gone through and I have a delivery date of June. Basic spec, 5k miles 3+23, £129.82. 7.2ppm excess (all inc VAT)

I didn't mention any potential issues, and neither did my sales person - I guess it could still get rejected by VWFS later on.

Whilst on the subject of A4 Avant's, what is up with the "Your Audi" tracker tool?

Yesterday my A4 was in quality control, and today it's back in prep? The build date has also changed

Anyone else experienced similar issues?

I did a U-Turn. I used one of my saved quotations and got a Silver stock DSG with Dynamic Chassis Control and 19" Wheels. Wouldn't have chosen either really but £5.5K to drive a £35K car for two years can't be bad. At UK port, will be delivered to me in 10 days.

Yes, exactly the same thing. Annoying!

The order date shown is also about a month before I actually placed the order.

In fairness though, I was originally given a date of late April, so an early April delivery is a bonus for me.

Been in be dealership, they are apparently locked out from getting any quotes on Passat alltracks.

Major error on someone's behalf at vw.

I asked... it's in the system, credit approved (I have two vehicles already on VWFS) and the order has been placed and will be honoured "apparently" Guess the next 24 hours will be critical :-)

The dealer seems to think mine will be honored, I've paid the deposit and been accepted for the finance. Even been sent the brochure

Not sure who would pay £35k for one of these, but a fantastic deal for 2 years if it does go ahead.

I was also told week 11 build, and up until yesterday it was in quality control!

I believe week 11 is week commencing Monday 14/03, so early April for delivery sounds about right.

Is yours and Avant or Saloon?
