I've heard a rumour that there's some Golf GTI deals back on.....not as cheap as last month, but still decent..........
There are indeed. Around the £240 pm mark on a 8000 mile 9+23 deal (£7,680 over the period). Not as cheap as earlier in the month unfortunately which i think were in the low £6k region for the same deal

GTI deals are crap. I wouldn't shoe horn myself into one just because I missed the gravy train a few weeks ago.

One final update on the servicing side - sorry mods - last one!

When I dropped it off this morning at VW I asked again about a price match/discretionary discount - they ended up beating the indi quote I had by £10 - so paid £141.29 instead of original quote of £240.99.

Anyway, back to leasing - have we ever seen any Passat BiTDi estate deals? Quite fancy one as the Tiguan's replacement when the time comes.

Audi A4 Saloon S4 Quattro 4dr Tip Tronic
https://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/...

Personal Leasing
£287.99 per month inc vat
Initial Rental
£3000.00 plus vat (£3600)

Hefty initial but over the 2 years = 10223.77 + 180 fee

2 year lease 10k pa.

Comparing with the CH&L links a few posts up, seems to be about the same price.

Thoughts?

It's about the same deal that's been floating around for the last few weeks. Seems they aren't being scooped up quickly!

I have my focus ST diesel via Yes lease. 3+23 at £206.

When i phoned to get the deal they actually offered me it cheaper than advertised. Their admin fee is steep, around £300.

The ST goes back in November so the real test will be how good they are with the return but I would definitely recommend them.

March was probably up 50% though, getting in new cars prior to the tax changes?

There was a massive push by customers to register cars at the end of last month. My last March registered car is being delivered this morning, it only just squeaked in to the country in time for us to register at the end of March. I'd be inclined to see what May brings before getting too excited/concerned about registration figures.
