My thoughts are yes. Where was this quote from? what is the web link? please pm me too as I really don't wanna miss this! If the mileage penalty isn't bad, I'll be placing an order very soon!

Previously I was looking at PCP at 5k upfront and 410 per month for 4 years with all my options. That was with 18% off RRP, at £34K for the car from 42K ish.
I was hoping this would be an affordable model when they announced it!
As mentioned - go back a few pages as it is compared to the S4 deal.

I think the Alfa is a nicer car (in terms of design) - but I don't know why they didn't make it a bit more special and create a real S4 rival. The list price and the price of the options are quite high compared to the competition and it is still just a 4 pot turbo.

I think this is around £9k over 2 years and the S4 nearer to £10K - but you are probably getting more for your money with the Audi and I think that is the better deal,

after a bit of advice please, my current insurance policy is due to end on 20/6. I'm told to expect my first lease car end of June-early July. Should I be looking into a short term insurance policy to cover me for what will hopefully only be a couple of weeks? Are there any recommendations?

Cheap Seat Leon from Central leasing - high initial but monthlies are negligible

Seat Leon Hatchback 1.4 TSI FR Technology 5dr

I'm guessing that these Seat Leon Deals ( there was another for a 1.2 as well) might be available from some Seat dealers as Wessex is part of select car leasing, both an offshoot of a main dealer.
I think I've seen Horton SEAT Lincoln and Snows Southampton mentioned before.

If that was over two years I'd be very tempted for a car for the missus that I could steal regularly! lol

Quick update on my Golf Mk7 lease from last year.

Just phoned VWFS and renegotiated my mileage and bought an extra 11000 for £308 which works out at 0.028p per mile excess!

Its made a £28 a month difference to my monthlies.

Pretty happy with that biggrin

Just looking at figures for a audi A4 avant 1.4 petrol black line- 10000 miles a year,

Works out at £354 month with metallic and £325 month with flat black/white paint.

Am i mad to even consider one? I think the flat paint one works out about 23% of list price.

The Sport spec is a LOT cheaper IIRC, it boils down to how much you want the extra toys and nicer seats/alloys.

For almost £49000 I would hope it was to buy!

I presume the point being that Alfa aren't the only ones who have high priced 4 cylinder cars?

And I didnt know the latest x30is were on 2 litre engines now. Could probably do with redoing their naming convention now!

It appears to be a LOT more expensive on a lease deal from the same broker.

a4 avant 1.4tsi sport without metallic 10000 miles a year 24 months , £239.99 fees, £2495.45 then 23 x £277.26 = 9112.42 or £379.68 per month overall

Expensive compared to the black edition at £354.29 a month and thats with metallic.

Of course if you can point me in the direction of better deals I'm happy to have a look!

These days (sadly) I don't think you can work a price from the amount of cylinders a car has, downsizing has killed that off.

And BMW have needed to rethink their naming for a long time, I'm not sure if it's still the same now, but the 320d engine was used in the 318d and 316d with a lower state of tune

Getting a bit worried now, 335d touring (awesome car) going back in July and nothing has come up that fits the bill. Waiting on a big engined estate, audi a6, bmw 5 series or E Class merc as family has grown but nothing forthcoming.

Are those volvo deals still on? Or anyone got any ideas on an equivalent good deal? The S4 is deemed by the Mrs as too small, now an S6 or RS6 Estate... come on Audi quote me happy with one of those bad boys...

Found an line estate offer with metallic, £7500 over the term. Very tempted, only looses cosmetic bits really over the black edition and a grand cheaper.

Hi guys,

Anyone know of any good deals going on for a 5dr AUTO hatch? I'd be looking to lease at less than £150pm. Minimal mileage and can stretch to a 9+23/36 deal.
