Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 4)
Discussion
Hey guys can someone help out please
I've ordered VW Golf through main dealership filled out proposal form, credit came through all okay.
Now I haven't signed any documents to say vehicle has been secured as they're waiting for a registration plate to be allocated to the vehicle before I can sign the paperwork.
Is that all normal really worried as this is my first ever lease and there's no deposit to pay, initial payment is 2 weeks after car delivery
Does that sound normal?
I was given 7-14 day timescale but we're coming closer to the date but still no update.
Any advice would be appreciated?

Volvo XC90 deal looks interesting.
Anyone happen to know if Volvo dealers will get close to the deal? We need something with a decent size boot and this looks like it might fit the bill
A colleague tried to get a deal on an XC90 recently and was distinctly unimpressed with the deal. Worth ringing round a few though, you never know.Anyone happen to know if Volvo dealers will get close to the deal? We need something with a decent size boot and this looks like it might fit the bill
Hi guys,
Has anyone seen any good lease-deals on the Skoda Superb Sportline Estate?
I'm looking at 3+24 or 3+36, and 15k miles. Best I've seen is about £325/month. £8450 total - RRP £30k ~28%
The other option is the Skoda Octavia vRS Estate...... £219/month (3+24, 10k, 9p/mile excess) makes it £256/month. £6600 (inc excess) - RRP = £22k = ~29%
Is the Superb worth the extra £75/month??
Any other deals for something comparable to the Octavia/Superb?

I managed to get Volvo in Huddersfield to match a deal in February this year on a xc90 but to but honest it was a fair bit better than the one posted earlier. Sounds normal to me, your circumstances are better than mine as I also ordered through a main VW dealer but I had to place a £500 refundable deposit on the car to secure the order I've ordered VW Golf through main dealership filled out proposal form, credit came through all okay.

NVS are still showing the S4 Saloon at £285 pm with £3600 down. That's just over £10k with 5k miles. I'm sure it wouldn't cost much more for 8k miles
With 8000 miles the amortised price is £450.30 per month. Seems a bit steep. I'm tempted to just buy a 2012ish S4 for about 16k instead. And hope the thing doesn't go wrong. Has anyone come across any hatchback golf r or hatch golf gtd deals yet?
I have received this deal on a similar. Audi s3 310. It seems a little much to me at c9k in comparison to what we paid for our golf r last time round.
Do you think we will see 6.5k -8k deals on a golf r or similar? Or is it just unrealistic in todays climate and i should nt have my hopes high?

It is cheaper and far more standard equipment. You get far more generous discounts on SEATs too. We won't be seeing figures like the cupra 290 black for a while though.
Intrigued to know what standard equipment you get on the Seat that you don't get on the Golf?Edited to add... had a look at the brochure... DCC, is that it?
