Do you have the link. That’s a good car....didn’t they have a mid life refresh recently?

Looks decent, it's an in stock offer. The saloon version has been around a while as an in stock offer but this is the first time the estate version has appeared that I've seen. Makes me think it might be due a refresh but I don't know enough about the cycles.

Quite tempted by the E300 ‘vert deal. Anyone know the lead time for delivery?

Can any dealers (@Fast Bug) match/ beat the CVL price?

Further to the delivery conversations above, totally new to leasing but looking to go down that route.

I've found a deal with a group in Doncaster but I live down south... what's the procedure if, say, there's a niggly problem with the car in getting it looked at/fixed when the dealer/leasing group is a couple of hundred miles away?

My instinct is to go more local, but then of course that restricts some of my options. Are local dealers generally likely to try and match online deals elsewhere?

NVS have a 335d xdrive touring, for £12 a month less than the S4 Avant. Would anyone choose this over the Audi? I assume the 335d is an oldish model as all the recent reviews are from 2015.

Still waiting for some other sites to put up some S4 deals, it seems NVS are the only ones. I've emailed my local Audi dealership to see what they can do, waiting to hear back but it's likely I'll go in tomorrow and find out.
It depends what you want from a car. I have a 335d GT M Sport and yes it's a great car, had it nearly 3 years, but I wanted to move to an S4 and when I couldn't get the deal I wanted I moved onto an S3 which I now have on order.
I personally would value the S4 much more highly than the 335d, but if you're okay with a diesel soundtrack then the performance is still impressive. S4 interior will no doubt beat the 3's currently.

I looked at a 335d X Drive before going for an S5. Great drive train and very quick. But, definitely felt old from an interior perspective in terms of tech and style. I also dont like how the X Drives look like they are on stilts caused by the fact they do not have M Sport suspension. It also makes for a rather strange handling which doesnt match the performance. I also couldnt get my head round it was THE performance diesel but sat on a suspension set up the same as the cheapest 3 series you can buy. Standard equipment is not great either.
I would take the S4 Avant - better looking, more kit, much nicer interior and a sweeter sounding smoother engine.

Quite sure more S4 deals will crop up, you just have to be patient.

You can take it to any dealership within the manufacturing network. My lease car came from the south of England and was booked into a dealership 2 weeks later in Glasgow to have an exhaust rattle fixed.

I think we all know what you're trying to imply here. If you must generalise towns and poplulations at least have the balls to admit it
From other threads, VAGLover is the new current CTO so I wouldn't feed him too much. Hopefully he will leave the grown ups alone soon.

That's good. I do 18k a year, but signed up for an Arteon on a 10k pa deal, as the quote for 18k pa worked out more than if I paid the difference at the excess 10.8p per mile rate. If I can get a deal like you've managed I'll be very happy.
Assuming you have contracted with VWFS? if the lease is with someone else they might have different rates, no?
I've agreed the deal though a broker - Fleet Prices. They say that once the contract is up and running they no longer have any need to deal with me and everything after this point is with VWFS. I specifically asked if this would include mileage changes, and they confirmed it was something I'd have to agree with VWFS.

That's why you have warranty on new car :-) You can take it to local dealership. However I had to lodge complaint with Audi recently, because dealership refused to book my car saying it's so new, that I should contact supplying dealer. Audi is dealing with them now and I booked the car with another dealership for warranty repair.

That’s good, I never know if the finance is always backed off to VWFS. Result

Yes, just over a year ago. New model also due next year but BMW often wait a year or so with the bigger engines.

As is the case with most BMW's the refresh changed the DRL's to the posh ones you always pay extra for at initial launch and also tinkered with the previously mentioned suspension and handling plus some other minor trim stuff inside.

Ive had mine for a year and I rate it highly.
Apart from the speakers being a bit average spec is OK
I stupidly paid extra for ProNav - 800 if buying, but 400 over the course of the lease as its one of few options which actually help GFV - and although it makes the interior nicer its native real time routing sucks, badly.

Crucially though I would go for the S4 today if your figures are correct.
But when I fisted my kumquat the 335d deal was more than 2k cheaper over term than the one linked (with 8k miles).

Cheers

Has everyone on the Unity Oxford Alfa Giulia Veloce deal been contacted for a deposit yet?

Was told I'd get a call last week, but have heard nothing from them. Don't want to chase unnecessarily if they are busy processing them through as they were a bit casual during the enquiry and finance process, but equally I'd like it all properly sorted.

Are all the Cupra deals on the hatch? I would really need the Sports Tourer model.

Its between that, the Octavia vrs estate and Golf R Estate, should a deal materialise on the Golfs

Links not taking me to levante deal and don't quite get the figures from your post (perhaps i'm being dense, but surely some digits missing or decimal points in wrong place?).

It will have been a typo that has been hastily withdrawn!
