C250d AMG Line Premium 4dr Auto
Personal Lease Deal
£340.32 Per Month, INC VAT
Rental Profile 6+23
Annual Mileage 15k Miles p/a
Initial Rental £2,041.92

How does this deal look? Seems a lot of spec for the same general price as lower spec models?
I would say this is a good deal. I gave my C250d back last month, absolutely loved it. Mine was same spec but had the Premium Plus pack so I was paying a little more than that.

No, am running a 10 year old diesel Mondeo that's getting more decrepid by the day hour. I was going to use it for scrappage but that seems to be a fool's errand at the moment, dealers not interested in bartering through scrappage (at least the VW ones I've visited locally). I was hoping to dodge the next round of high-cost, MOT/service issues (due December) but no chance with the GTE build times. Hey ho.
Just use Drive the Deal or CarWow

I'm getting 11% off a new Golf R and £4k trade in on my £300 Skoda Fabia!

Has anyone dealt with crocodileleasing.com (yes, what a name)?

Trying to cut a deal on a lease and I'm not 100% sure if they are legitimate as no one has ever mentioned them on here!

Looking for a decent Qashqai or X-Trail quote unless I'm mad to even look at there biggrin

Edited by ujio on Tuesday 24th October 19:33
What Qashqai model interests you? Optimum Contract Hire Limited and Yes Lease Limited both have good deals on the 1.5 dCi N-Connecta 5dr model. Roughly £1800 deposit and £170 per month based on 9+23 and 10,000 annual mileage.
I saw Crocodile on CHL while searching Qashqais but they a) just looked shady and b) were quoting for the old models and not the new ones.

I got a few quotes last week but it was the 1.2 petrol, Manual, 6+35, 10k p/a. Yes Lease, CHL Leasing and 360 were all roughly the same. All the new models and in stock.

Tekna + Metallic + Glass Roof Pack was £214.80
N-Connecta + Metallic + Glass Roof Pack was £190 ish

Are you sure they are all new models? i.e. have you got it in writing from the brokers when quoting they are new model (not from the website)? I was under the impression it was all old stock from the previous model they were getting rid of. Even if the broker website says current model it doesn't mean that it is. The Qashqai is an option for my partner but she doesn't need a car until May so stock cars aren't a lot of good for us! I know we are early looking but best to be that way to get the right deal.

Yes they are 100% the new model - confirmed by all 3 companies. Someone obviously got loads of stock at launch, registered them on 67 plates and now wanting to shift them.

Long wait now though :/ Unless you're prepared to take a a pre-spec'd car which bumps the cost by atleast £2k (they all seem to have atleast that much spec on them).
Do you have any idea if they are able to delay delivery?

This seems like a good deal, but the Golf R isn't going back until June.

Sorry, I was in the opposite position, wanted it sooner. Give them a call. Might be possible, also they were filling up slots fast so might be even later now.

Nice one, I was hoping this was the case (with a view to there being some available in a few months time rather than being old stock that was exhausted).

Sorry about this people... 20 mins searching this not very user friendly forum and I've still not found the code stuff to use on CHL / Chome to put them in price order. If anyone knows will you please post a reminder...?

CHL seems to be putting them into price order for me by default now?

I could never get the code to work properly for some reason

What's the general timescale from production week to car delivered? My golf GTE was confirmed for production this week, but as our current lease ends in 2, we'd need something to tie us until the new one delivered!

Wemorgan: I might have known you'd locate it. Well, I appear to have the same issue as most other people in as much as can't get it to work for toffee... and i've made that slight change to the script as per the link you posted above. CHL is not putting them in price order, at least not as I can see. I've installed Tamper monkey and pasted the script, however it also says that no script is running (despite the script being enabled). This subject requires its own thread!

I remember I had to change these lines

 // @match        https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/personal/*

and add one underneath that said /business at the end

What car are publishing 3 pages of their "best" lease deals of the week.

Nothing of particular note, but might be worth a look. vRS deal looks ok.

Generally 4 weeks with VW, 3 if you’re lucky.
