As Econpro1 mentioned, apparently the deals or shall I say better deals are not available through brokers but direct with the dealers so perhaps a better price is available than the one you guys have listed...

Not only have the deals gone, but Skoda are cancelling orders for the 245 after realising they cant actually produce enough to meet demand!

As one who has put in an order for one, if my order is also cancelled, im a little shafted as it was a great deal.
I will be raging if they cancel my 245, not good, what dealer was yours with??

If you head over to the Briskoda forum, a fair few are discussing this.

I ordered mine through 21st century and have emailed them asking if i can have a build week or order number so i can chase it up with Skoda directly.

I have a VRS245 on order direct with a Skoda dealer, they called last week to say order was confirmed so I hope that's correct.

Might give them a bell to chase up just in case.

The Skoda Karoq interests me a fair bit - what lead time are people being quoted? And what's the spec like on those? I keep flip flopping between various cars at the moment...

From memory I don't think the levante deals were that great ~£600 per month as there isn't a huge amount of stock. To be honest you'll get the best deals calling up the Maserati dealers and reference the ghibli offers at £430 or the quatroporte offers at £595. There's a big drive centrally to shift the volume before the end of November so I wouldn't hesitate to long.

Just took delivery of my 5008 from Neva Direct. Had never heard of them before but they've been really good to deal with and would happily recommend them. First contact to delivered via transporter in 20 days thumbup

Just to add to my last comment, I've had a look on contract hire and leasing and it looks like the quatroporte offers have appeared with Jet at a few quid more than Maserati direct. I've put the link below.

Finally got ours ordered today (for May) but their pricing is only available to business users now I think

Very nice. We had to do a factory order as wanted petrol, so should be with us in Jan.

From what I've read the Ghibli is pretty poorly spec'd as standard. The QP is interesting, but still £19k over two years.

A deal on the Levante would sway me from the Cayenne. Or something like the S5 or upcoming A7 as the hatch style boot gives some of the practicality I need. And the fun of the S5/newness of the A7 overrides (mentally) the extra convenience of a SUV.

You going for the 1.2? I test drove a 3008 with the 1.2 petrol and it was surprisingly capable of shifting that car around town - pulled off the line at lights really nicely. Didn't get a chance to do a motorway test in it though - I worried that it might struggle a bit to pull a loaded 5008 at those speeds.

I would agree on the ghibli spec. In basic form it's not the best. The only thing I would say is that Maserati are not charging the full value of options across the lease but are instead taking into account the residual values which not many manufacturers do. Based on this you should be able to pick up a car with some good options for not too much above the £430 baseline. As I mentioned before Maserati are pushing the deals quite hard so you might be able to squeeze a bit more out of them

As for the quatroporte it's by no means a cheap car but given some of the cars have have been spec'd up to roughly 90k it's a good deal given the depreciation over 2 years is way more if you were to buy new. It's really dependent on what you're looking for. Compared to the deals on merc s class which is quite a bit cheaper the QP is a good option if you're looking for something a bit different
