I would be very careful with a grade 3 at blackbushe, the last time i collected a grade 3 from there it was truly, truly awful.

Thats possible, but anyone one of those cars could cost you 1k in something not covered by the warranty, it could be tyres or brakes, something that a good dealer would rectify prior to sale. If it states poor body repair then don't even consider it.

well i could check those things on the day and the bid would reflect that and have to cover those costs and still come in under market value, an experienced buyer i am, just not auction savvy, from memory you can crawl over the cars prior, is that not the case now?

The first two are from WBAC which you need to think about carefully as to why the seller off loaded the car to them.

Be careful with the grades - I've seen many an awful Grade 2 car and a Grade 5 which is basically mint apart from a 5cm patch of dull paint on a bumper. You need to look at the cars to get a proper idea.

Is there anywhere that lists what cars actually went for?

Be curious to know what auction prices are like compared to private & dealer.

There are composite prices on the BCA website but you need a trade account.
