I'm 6ft2 and my head was brushing the roof in the 4c, the steering is ridiculous heavy at low speed parking etc, and it's not that quick. It's very exotic as you say for the cash, and I can see them being a future classic, however a lot of reports seem mixed about them .
Surely 'mixed reports' should be obsolete after driving one? At that point, your own opinion should be what you base your comments on.I'm not sure I get your argument of it being 'not that quick' - with a top speed in excess of 160mph, 0–62 mph time of 4.5 seconds and 350 Nm torque @ 2,100 rpm (and 80% of that available at 1,700 rpm).

3 pages in and a few mentions of Lotus. How about an Alfa 4c? A few dealers are heavily discounting new cars from 60k+ down to the mid 40s. It's a very exotic car for that money.
