My thoughts exactly! There website looks all fancy but their deals seem horrible. Has anyone leased from these guys? Need to unsubscribe from the news letter as its just one more thing to block my inbox with.

Genuine question.

I get emails all the time from stable and they always appear to be vastly more expensive then others.

How do they stay in business ?

Another person struggling to find anything as appealing as my current Golf R estate lease due to expire in June.

Last time round I jumped on a great deal on a car I wouldn’t have otherwise have considered (although it’s been great if a bit ugly, even in night blue). However, given lack of a compelling deals (20-25% of list) for my “head” I’m looking at a car for my “heart”.

Got a fairly interesting offer on a Alfa Giulia 280 Veloce. £10,800 over two year term on 10k miles per year with about £1200 of options (wheels, metallic and CarPlay).

It’s about 27% of list so fails the “it’s a great deal” but i don’t think it’s too bad for a car I like that will probably depreciate like a stone if I buy it ??

Anyone seen better?
Just pulled the trigger on a Veloce as wanted something different & interesting. Similar deal, but £10,050 over 2 years at 12k miles pa - no options (but standard kit is excellent anyway)

What are people's 'rule of thumb' on a good lease deal - i.e. % of list etc etc? I'm totally new to leasing and simply figured that I'd lose a fair bit more than the overall cost of the lease on depreciation etc. But, then I see 'deals' on here where after the whole lease term, another £3/4K could have bought the car outright...

Where's this deal? Best I've found is 1+23 @ £249 Inc VAT, +£198 fees (£7,065 total).
£249x24 + £198 = £6174.....
Balls. Just realised my spreadsheet was including my monthly savings towards an end of term replacement.

Checking again that deal was with Seat Warrington but looks like now expired.

If it's a true price (obviously doubt it) that would work out at a total lease cost of £604.32 on personal, list is £17955 so 3.37% of list price....doubt has there has ever been or ever will be percentage wise anything close.

Too late to ask, but scroll back a couple of pages back and you will see other examples on Veloce. Also read 10-50 pages back and you will learn about different calculations for a good deal.

Audi A5 Sportback 2.0 TFSI Sport 5dr turbo manual available on 1+23 for £304 a month on 10k mpa.

The 8k mpa deal is £296 a month on 1+23.

No deposit.

Does 0-60 in ~7secs and almost ~50mpg.

Works out around 21-22% of the ~£34k RRP.

Haven't been following these, so it may be cheaper elsewhere. But the % ratio is decent, and the zero-deposit option might be useful for someone on a tight budget.

How is the % worked out to see if a deal is good / bad? Seen it mentioned on here lots but wondering how it's worked out. Thanks.

Is this the new 5 series? If so that seems very attractive even with the 20d element considered.

Didnt think we'd see a better deal on a BMW than the 420D deal but that 520D deal especially if it includes Metallics is st hot!
