I linked to it here last week and its still around and there's another dealer matching to a similar price so looks genuine

I've just gone for an in-stock deal on a Golf Gti, 5dr DSG with metallic paint.
£296/month on a 6 + 35, 10k miles pa, non-maintained.
Reasonable at that price but was the best deal I came across for a few months.

Hey guys,

Has anyone spotted any decent estate/large car deals.

Looking for 10k per anum.

Was meant to be having a Passat come in September but they've cancelled it because of this emissions thing. wasn't a particular great deal anyway.

Cheers smile
When were you notified that your Passat order was cancelled?

I have a Passat on order for September delivery and on the VW tracker it has progressed to build week confirmed for 02/07/18. Hoping this means it's still goint ahead!

it is always tricky to find these offers from the car makers directly as there is no central search engine. I looked at the other offers on Audi and they are all less interesting. Funny how the search is based on the monthly but not with the initial rental.

Its not that great as its an 18 month deal, so the amortised is £625 a month.

if that was a 24 month deal I would have been all over it.

Jaguar Rybrook has one for a little more on a 24 month deal. Amortised £650 a month

Works out at 11.6% of RRP per year by my maths.

Anyone spotted a good deal on the Volvo xc60 d5? The dealer I visited said these are readily available but lease quote he provided was nuts.

Seriously think after my golf r lease will be buying again, VW lead times are a bit worrying at the moment, at this rate I should be ordering in a few months time (lease finishes June 19).

Hope once september is out the way normal service will be resumed!

I've thought about that too, my S4 goes back end of July 19, but wondering how far ahead I will have to actively look for a replacement to get it delivered the same time!

Cheapest i've found is £340pm with c. £2k upfront on a 6+23.

These were very cheap at the beginning of the year but prices have blown up since then. I'm waiting for a decent deal to come up too.

edit: this deal was on whatcar leasing

My Golf R is due back tomorrow, just had new one delivered today. I ordered it in November when there was a decent 'offer' and it was sat at a VW dealership since March - just ask them basically.

That's good to know. Will start looking end of the year early next then!

I’m starting to think I won’t find anything. I’ve been actively looking every day for about 2 months. Baby due in september and can’t find an SUV deal, best I’ve found are GLC’s for 24 month deals at 26%.

Starting to think now just to get a PCP

Know what you mean. 9 weeks passed since ordering our A4 and still no build date/slot and dealer can give any insight.
