Looking to buy an XFR, around 2010 year. Since I’ve been watching the market none have come up remotely local so I’m going to have to buy remotely. There’s a few well specced examples at the right price currently so now seems like the time, but what questions to ask of the dealer to make sure I’m getting a good one. Anything that should have been done by / around 60-70k?
Tell him to check the paintwork, so you can see if been repaired at any point (which could be something as simple as a scratch repair) they can do this with a paint depth gauge (if they have a bodyshop they'll have one) make sure the history checks out, explain that should the car not reach the quality of their description they'll be no sale.
