18 months ago my bro ordered a grey Cupra Black and it turned up white as they had dropped the grey colour - they didn't even bother to tell him never mind ask him what colour he wanted instead. biggrin

At 1+23 £249 he wasn't too concerned, and they gave him some "compensation".

This happened to me. Ordered a white one and it ended up being Black.

You don't have PM enabled. Is it even possible to take over lease with Fiat? Have you talked to finance company?
If Fiat are anything like Alfa then Leasys will be dealing with the lease itself. You can novate the lease once, I did it with my 4C Spider in November last year. Regretted my decision this summer with all the glorious weather we had!

The hukd Astra deal that was expired last week (although never really gone if you phoned them up) is now being advertised again.
https://www.leasingoptions.co.uk/specialdeal?id=63

Vauxhall Astra 1.6T 16V 200 Elite Nav 5dr (200bhp 1.6 Turbo Petrol)
1 x 23 payment profile
10,000 miles per annum
£189.99 upfront payment
23 monthly payments of £189.99
Half price admin fee of £100
Excess Mileage: 4.4p
Total cost of lease = £4659.76 or £194.16 net per month
List price: £24,125
= 19.31%
Anyone know if these cars are in stock? I've enquired but not heard back yet.
If anyone else is interested, they called me and said the cars are on order for delivery late November and they have white, grey, silver or black available. What's put me off is that it doesn't have parking sensors as standard, it's a £465 option. Seems like an odd omission when things like rear heated seats are included.

Yes, I've ordered one, Hockenheim Silver for now but might change it to the Sunset Orange. Only other bits it needs are CarPlay and Sun Protection on the rear glass. I've gone for a 10k option with V4B @ £411 x 23. Initial is a bit heavy but I will get Gap to cover that.

What is usually the situation when it comes to ending a lease early (say 1 year into a 2 year deal) - what options do you have?

It'll usually cost you about 50% of the remaining contracted payments.

Depends on the finance co. With Renault / Nissan it is 100% of the remaining rentals.

Some let you transfer the lease providing you can find someone to take it on. I think VW only allow it to be transferred to a company?

Get orange! - love that colour - for me the M2 has to be the blue colour or orange - both my favourite for the M2.

I’m tempted but not sure if it will feel special enough after being spoilt by a 4C spider deal last year.

Very tempted but there's none to test drive first, don't even know how to find out who has one to test

If your looking for stock M2 competitions speak to eastern western fleet services. They have vehicles available in different colours.

I need to go and see them in the flesh first, not making the "colour mistake" again after ordering Rich Java for the Volvo!

I feel the blue is too common and I'm not sold on the orange yet... The silver is just something different plus I've never had a silver car before.

This gives a pretty good impression of the colour. I'd go for that after sitting a traffic jam the other day and realising everything else was a blue/silver metallic. For a special car it should have a special colour..

This looks good to me, anyone know the excess mileage charge and is it missing any must haves as a stock car?

Had an email from a broker this morning saying Mercedes are 'tweaking' their q4 prices which are due to be released on Thursday... Fingers crossed for something half decent!

23.24p per mile over agreed mileage charge is a bit crappy isn't it!!!?

Hmm.....pretty sure my 3 previous leases were under 10ppm!
On what? A lot of them are going down the route of having massive excess mileage charges, mostly EVs/Hybrids by the looks of it.
My Octavia that I took delievry of a month ago is only 3.6ppm! No way I’d entertain more than 10ppm never mind 20+ppm
