Could do with some advice about if these deals are any good.....would prefer a three year deal this time (I think) as two years goes so quick these days!! Also seriously considering the maintenance, as seems good value of one or two tyres need replacing! As far as miles goes, I've put the quotes for 8k and 10k. It's not going to be over 10k but could be anywhere between 8 and 10

Seat Cupra 290 DSG. £30,095

3+35. 8k miles (10.75p per mile over)
None maintained
782.88 initial
260.96 monthlies
9916.48 total

Maintained (14.03p per mile over)
814.32 initial
272.44 monthlies
10314.72 total

3+35. 10k miles
None maintained
809.07 initial
269.69 monthlies
10248.22 total

Maintained
834.57 initial
278.19 monthlies
10571.22 total

Any thoughts and opinions?
Stoneacre / Allied Leasing have Leon CUPRA's 290 EZ for around £307 inc VAT on 8Kon 1+23. Just ordered a stock vehicle, so immediate delivery. Use Stoneacre for no broker fee. Bargain I think, 7ppm for extra miles. Not worth taking maintenance although it was only £17pcm.

Cheers. Like I say actually prefer a 3 year deal i think and not wanting a stock car as I don't need it for a few months.

If you plan on driving the Cupra hard, if the maintenance includes tyres, I'd take it. I've just gone through my 2nd pair of front tyres in 12k miles, I may have to do 8 tyres by the time it goes back and they aren't cheap at £300 a pair.
I didn't bother with the maintenance/tyres @ £15 a month as I thought I'd get away with one pair and one service in 2 years.

Should I go for the 1+23 Skoda Octavia for £182.75 per month? Undecided, answers on a postcard please?
Contact Simon Brown at Vertu / Bristol Street motors at Darlington.

Got me sorted on a SE Tech estate DSG in candy white, for £200.40 a month. 1+23 profile.

Think the DSG hatch was £184.

Worth checking If there’s a limit on how many tyres you can have or a surcharge for early wear - on our company lease cars tyres were expected to last 30K.

Can't believe I missed out on the Octavia deals, I've set up loads of searches on leasing.com so I don't miss out on anything else like that..

anyone come across good Countryman lease deals?

At the moment, only the 2.0 sport is on offer at around 215/month inc VAT. I've been looking for the classic 2.0

Good value and a well respected company. However, it’s a bit thirsty when compared against the 220d.

Gotta jump on the deal (rather than the car) when leasing.

Still looks a good deal. The 220d is fair bit more a month.

Brilliant deal. If I didn't have an XC60 coming I'd be all over it.

Got a PCP with local Nissan garage for Quashqai. They promised all sorts when I took it out but turns out they don’t deliver on these so been looking on here at lease deals as my halfway VT point is up. Drove by my local Hyundai/Skoda dealer today and they’re advertising Hyundai Tucson SE Nav for £267 up front & £267 per month for 35 months and 8000 miles on PCH. I thought this was a pretty good deal so popped in, turns out I know the sales guy and he was saying yes it’s a good deal but you can get stung with bills at the end of PCH as they want them back in mint condition. Is this the case in people’s experience and are all these personal lease deals posted basically just PCH deals.

Sorry to hear that. I've not had any bad news about my order yet. I've paid the fee and my account states that the car is due for delivery to the dealer on 15th November. Fingers crossed mine doesn't go tits up too.
Best of luck - I hope yours turns out ok. They never took the fee from me so it’s looking better for you, I’d wager. Let me know how you get on.
It all panned out ok in the end. Car is being delivered on 26th November which is also my birthday.

They have fair wear and tear policies which normally are exactly that. They don't expect to get a new car back but they don't want it messed up. We have had 3 leases and only 1 has had anything to pay for damages.

Sounds to me like he wants to get you in another PCP. That's where the money's at for them.

They expect a 3 year old car to be returned looking like it's had 3 years of use. Check BVRLA fair wear and tear guide for a better idea. As long as you look after your cars, you won't have a problem.

In terms of the deal itself, it's okay. Here's one for a very similar price but over 2 years, if you fancy something a little shorter:

Good luck!

9+47 £428 makes it the dearest lease out of the 4 I’ve had, but it’s the car I really wanted and still absolute miles cheaper than financing it via a pcp. I still think it works out mid 20% of list over 2yrs or whatever the measure is.

Available end Jan but they are gonna hold registering it until March.
Who was this with please? I have been chasing rainbows with the XC90.
