Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 6)

Does anyone know what the usually policy is with changing annual milage prior to delivery on cars with a long lead time?
For example, if I order a car with a 6 month wait do I have to fix the milage now or can I wait until nearer the time? I'm currently doing 15,000 a year, but in 6 month that may have changed.
You could contact your lease provider and enquire about adjusting the contracted mileage, but they may say "come back in 6 months time". I know VWFS won't adjust contracted mileage up or down until you have covered 6 months of your lease. For example, if I order a car with a 6 month wait do I have to fix the milage now or can I wait until nearer the time? I'm currently doing 15,000 a year, but in 6 month that may have changed.
If you have decent excess mileage charges (eg 7.2p/mile), and you anticipate that you will be doing 400 miles a month more then just put £30 a month to one side and pay the excess at the end. Adjusting the contracted mileage will undoubtedly see your monthly rental amount go up.
I'd call them in the first instance though and see what they say. They may adjust it. If not, put £X.XX a month away to cover excess mileage fees based on your excess charges, then enquire in 6 months time.

If you got a good deal on the car when you ordered it then they probably wont be able to requote with as favourable terms, that seemed to be the case when my car was on order if I wanted to move goalposts. For example, if I order a car with a 6 month wait do I have to fix the milage now or can I wait until nearer the time? Once you have had the car a while then they will often consider requoting. Depends on the funder though as some of the time the price variance is just the excess mileage anyway.
Someone on here really kindly posted the VWFS charges heet for specific damage. I think that's great for transparency and to be honest there were somethings on there that were cheaper than going to hassle of getting repaired yourself.
I just contacted Hitachi to see if they have similar but they said they don't. They said the collectors (which I presume could be the likes of Manheim or BCA) would asses and apply respective charges.
Does anybody have similar to VWFS for the other big funders?
I've got some damage that falls outside of BVRLA acceptable fair wear & tear guidelines but I would like to know how much I could be charged if I didn't repair them

In the end they didn't charge me anything despite some fairly large scuffs and scratches.

Thanks, that's really competitive. With the bodyshop comparative, it's like they want you to hand it back with scuffs etc and apply their charges - but in your case they didn'tIn the end they didn't charge me anything despite some fairly large scuffs and scratches.
Did they send you that before collection?

Has the Cupra 300 deal from warrington gone? Can no longer see it on there website?
The order books are closed from Seat until mid-August for MY19 Cupras...at which point they become a 290 again and not a 300 due to WLTP.Lead times before they closed were 10-14 weeks for a Leon with 10+weeks extra for a Cupra. At the moment, no dealers actually know what the real lead time or delays are going to be until mid-August. I doubt new orders will be delivered until Feb 2019 though.

There were deals for BMW 740 but with 20K miles it will be expensive. Check what's cheaper, deal for more miles or paying excess, but I expect excess to be quite steep on BMW7.
Browse yourself through models and leasing companies: https://leasing.com/personal/car-leasing/bmw/7-ser...
Cheapest one for 10K miles pa seems to be this: https://leasing.com/independent-brokers/tfs-vehicl... so just check if they can quote you for more miles.

I've been mulling over a family estate / SUV for a while and we are close to FTK on a Karoq SE Tech 1.6 TDI DSG that I have negotiated to £225.35 on a 3+23 10k pa.
I've just spotted this Peugeot 3008 allure manual
Unfortunately it comes with admin fees. Does anybody know of any Peugeot dealers that might beat this and also remove the admin fee?

Re. the Leon deal mentioned previously, I've gone for what I assume is the same one:
Seat Leon FR 1.8 5dr
3+35 @ £225.70/month
Fully maintained
8k/annum
Seems like a great deal, it's less than I was paying for my 1.4 FR. I just wish they hadn't removed the front parking sensors from the FR spec.Seat Leon FR 1.8 5dr

8k/annum
Also think the 1.8 FR has multi link rear suspension which the smaller engines miss out on.
Forgot to mention before that it's £180 broker fee.

Just poked the parsnip on a Kia Soul EV on a 9/23 at £206 per month from Jet. Been looking for a good deal on a 5 seat EV for a while and this is as cheap as i've seen them.
Only downside is i've been quoted 5-6 months lead time due to no stock vehicles being available.
It's significantly more than the 3 year deals but I don't think it's ideal getting a 3yr deal on an EV right now, unless you really like teh Soul and happy with the range etcOnly downside is i've been quoted 5-6 months lead time due to no stock vehicles being available.
Drive Electric/JET/Kia dealers are doing similar deals for the Soul EV.

Yes, they sent it with the collection confirmation email. The estimate I was given after the inspection was only based on the 'Refinish' charge too so it wouldn't have been that much anyway.Did they send you that before collection?

I ordered a 3008 GT Line Premium through Daniel Broom at Stoneacre Chesterfield a couple of months ago and he was the cheapest I could find. Would be worth dropping him an email or call...I've just spotted this Peugeot 3008 allure manual

Definitely agree with this assessment, which is why I decided not to jump into the I-Pace. There are a number of really good EVs due to be released in the next couple of years, all the way from Porsche to Kia. 300+ mile range will no longer be the preserve of Teslas.Just been e-shotted this...
