Wholly unremarkable, but you're not getting robbed:List Price on Road: £32,455 (CarWow would be cheaper)
Downpayment: £2506
Monthlies: £6,403
Fees: £270
All in cost: £9,179
Amortised cost: £382
% of on road cost: 28%
See sticky thread... it's not a blinder, it's so-so and you're not getting robbed. If you 'really want' that car - it's still 'cheaper' than buying it, if you ignore the option of positive equity at the end of PCP. If you're keen to 'drive the deal' - look at previous posts on Seat Cupra's, VW Arteon's, and Audi A5's.
I'm hoping to extend the term on my 2.0 TDi Passat GT Estate. Equivalent spec is now £5k higher and BIK is going through the roof. Hopefully the new mild hybrid Golf/A3/Octavia isn't too far from release. 508SW is a possible replacement if I can't extend, but not due to open orders until March and I need 1st May delivery.
Can someone point me to an explanation of the 20% target?

I saw this Passat 2.0TDi GT deal a few days ago https://leasing.com/personal/car-leasing/volkswage... but I hadn’t posted it as it didn’t look so good compared to Arteon deals, but it might be of interest - although I see you’ve got an estate at the moment so a saloon may not suit. Can someone point me to an explanation of the 20% target?
There’s half decent Kugas on leaseshop
My mum just put an order in for a second lease for one of these. We couldn’t see any decent deals on Audi, BM etc
She had to have all options so it was the 4wd titanium x edition 1.5 176 bhp power shift with premium paint Not going to wow with performance but the 5K miles a year she does it’s cool.
Wasn’t too bad to my eyes 1+35 @ 315.
The car is list 35k!!! But discounts are of course there many dependent on finance. Which to be fair is 0%. It’s around 25% over two years and don’t fancy her spending 30k on a Kuga for cash lol.

A friend of ours is looking to get a lease car.
She is early 30s (so insurance should not be too much of an issue)
Looking for something VW Polo sort of size.
£200 per month max but quite happy for less.
Must be automatic (auto only license)
Use will be ferrying 2 small children around, cutting around town the occasional longer jaunt.
My experience lies in the Smoker Barges £1 - 5k so I am out of touch with leasing, what small cars are good etc.
Thank you

Or the Juke Bose Edition is a bit more, but is a 25% more expensive car in the first place https://leasing.com/personal/car-leasing/nissan/

Skoda Octavia - probably the best value cheap auto at the moment https://leasing.com/main-dealers/bristol-street-mo...
VW Golf Match https://leasing.com/main-dealers/vertu-volkswagen/...
Some of the deals I've posted have been above the £200 per month level, but I've only posted 3+23 deals. They are all available at less than £200 a month if you pay a larger initial payment: e.g. Golf GT DSG https://leasing.com/main-dealers/inchcape-volkswag... or alternatively have the lease over a longer period.

Back in the mists of time when this thread(s) was getting going, a system was calculated and then evolved to judge when a deal was really exceptional. If you add up all the costs you pay, inc VAT, then divide it by the list price of the car, then you come up with a percentage that allows you to compare different deals across different cars or models, with different firms, on a like for like basis. This is based on 2 years, 10k miles. Can someone point me to an explanation of the 20% target?
The rule of thumb was that 20% (or sometimes lower) was an outstanding deal.
Anything above 25% was not a great deal - you would likely get a better deal with a different broker or a comparable model from another manufacturer.
With leasing, it's all about the deal - how much bang can you get for your buck.
You may not always get the best car, but this system lets you get the best deal.

Leasing options is cheaper for the 5 door too IIRC. Lux is £7104 no fees on 10k (£296 x24). Non lux is about £10 a month lessStandard 5 door Cupra = £7286.53 (Jet)

That deal is ongoing since previous quarter. Problem is, they didn't have any cars without extra options. So it was £400 or more for paint (only black is free and wasn't in stock) and some cars had visibility pack which adds another £1000 something. Also 8K or 10K miles per annum make it more expensive. I had a few quotes in November and didn't act on any. Decided it's too expensive for the car. https://www.mangoletsi.com/abarth/new-car-offers/1...
These are the quotes I got in November for white car with Bose (no cars without Bose):
8k miles per year 5 x £241.40 =£1207 followed by 23 x £241.40 = £6,759.2
10k miles per year 5 x £252.13=£1260.65 followed by 23 x £252.13 = £7,059.64
All these unsold cars from stock are now on the market, 68 plates and 10miles. Arnold Clark has 23 automatic for sale and there are some more on Autotrader from other dealers.

I think they must have increased their prices as their site now lists them at £318.62 x 24 (standard) and £329.60 x 24 (lux).Who was the company that were knocking them out really cheap about 6 months ago?

For an auto in black, I'm paying £148/month with £1900 down. Think it's 8000 miles a year. These are the quotes I got in November for white car with Bose (no cars without Bose):
