I'm beginning to think the same myself, but you know what it's like... (thank you @ZX10RNIN) I have that Mazda on my list, and a few Mondeos. (That Vignale is too brown...)

BMW Sport is the base spec isn't it? Keen to avoid sitting an cabin with blank buttons tbh, which is the sell of the Jags, they're very well equipped even in R-Sport or Prestige.

You've also only gone for estates, I'm happy with hatch/saloon as long as the boot is decent. I also need an auto really.
For some reason I thought you needed an estate, in that case the 210 Vignale Mondeo is a great choice:

Another very good VFM option is the Infiniti Q50 in Sport trim I have just supplied a family member with the Hybrid version of these & it's a very well equipped steer, the drivetrain is the 2.1 Mercedes drivetrain the same spec as the 220.

The spec on these is ridiculous

Or if you need more space then the Q70 is the next option, these use the older infotainment than the Q50:

As they say in the leasing thread, I've fully fisted the kumquat on this Jag XF R-Sport 180:

https://used.jaguar.co.uk/vehicle-images/StockImag...

2016, 27k miles, cold climate pack, panoramic sunroof, electric seats, toughened & privacy glass.

Was up for until recently 22k but had been sitting too long so after being discounted on Friday I got it for £18,400 delivered.

As jag approved it comes with two years jag warranty, breakdown etc, two years MOT cover and naturally a bit more peace of mind.

Sorry to everyone for all my umming, ahhing and multiple threads. Thanks all (particularly ZX10R NIN) for all your help and advice.
