Falcoln Motors (the Mondeo) are a fair outfit. I've hired vans off them before, and they've always been on the level.
Thanks. Good to know.

That one seems priced a bit higher than other examples of that year. Don't mind paying a bit more though if it isn't going to explode on the way home.

If the story is genuine this could be a good one.

I bought a 2002 Yaris for £500 last Jan. Slow as but it starts first time every time.

I'm only an hour from Newark. Bit dubious of traders at this price point though.

Thanks.

The Falcon motors Mondeo only has a few week's MOT on it. I'd rather have something with a longer ticket.

This one looks ok. 02 2.0 TDCI estate. Only 116k miles. If I'm correct, it's chain driven engine too. Less than £1000:

Possibly too cheap? 06 2.0 TDCI with 152k miles for £675. Could be a good car to learn on. smile

MOT states brake pipes corroded or covered in grease. Anything to be concerned about?

If they needed doing at some point it's only a £50-60 job, I wouldn't let it be a deal breaker.
