Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 7)
Discussion
Are there enough enthusiasts buying 1 series enough to make an impact on pricing between the RWD and FWD versions? Perhaps on the M135i/M140i models, but It's probably low on the priority list for people buying 116d's.
It might mean those with RWD sporty/high spec 1 series will see slightly less depreciation though.
BMW are still to release the estate version of the new 3 series, I'm wondering how long that will be as it might mean the rest of the model range don't hold such a premium.

I managed to get a Daytona grey A6 45TFSI quattro black edition with tech pack a couple of weeks ago for £360inc on 9+23. That wasn’t on the loyalty scheme. Car was ‘coming into stock’ when I ordered it, now in UK and expecting to take delivery in the next couple of weeks.
That’s a good deal, where was this from? nikeshpopat said:
Hi all, after months of dithering I finally pulled the trigger on a Touareg.
Now the nightmare to find a deal for my wife begins. She wants a 1 series, it doesn’t seem that there are any good deals out there on these. Do these cars come up on offer like the A class did a few weeks back?
Any other similar cars that anyone would suggest apart from an A class?

Think they’re also doing the 118ishadow too for about 100 a month less.
Sorry for being OT.

Most are delivered by gentleman of ‘enhanced years’, who usually get a train / public transport back.
I’ve given a couple of drivers a lift to the train station. It’s not a requirement but they’ve always been really helpful so don’t mind.
My current lease arrived positively steaming from under the engine bay, the guy blamed it on just jet washing it garage and "getting it into grill", the car smelt of smoke a little more than I would expect of just from his clothing. He said "she's pretty quick, you will enjoy this" IIRC. I was a little unimpressed with the scamp so didn't give him a lift to the station, despite pissing it down. That was from Leasing Options. Wasn't quite the experience I was expecting of my new motor. Last car was delivered immaculate with six miles on clock by a nice bloke on a flat-bed.I’ve given a couple of drivers a lift to the train station. Cls350 dropping like rock.
Is that because of new e class coming out soon and cls interior is just outdated e class?
Cls 350 is 55k rrp
Can be had for 465 a mo , 1.3k down for 24 mo.
There are a couple reasons why they can be had at those prices:Is that because of new e class coming out soon and cls interior is just outdated e class?

- It's a 2.0 petrol engine which would otherwise sell in very small numbers if they did not offer cheap deals on them.
- They generally don't sell that well and thus like mentioned before, they are offered on cheap deals.
It's a two birds, one stone kind of scenario.
On a side note, A7's can be had with over 20% discounts which is similar to what is offered for the CLS.
Personally don't think the facelift e class interior will change that much bar from having MBUX instead of the COMMAND online system and a nip and tuck here and there.

They unveiled a brand new 1 series just this morning, they won't hit the showrooms for a few months and I'm unsure when production will stop on the current model... but it should hopefully mean you've chosen the right time to try and bag yourself a deal as long as you're not too bothered about getting a car that will immediately be a bit outdated.
Golf GTD prices tend to be similar to the A-Class, would you consider one?
Oh that’s interesting. Did a quick good search. I think the current model looks better than the new one so I wouldn’t be so disappointed with the old model sitting on my driveway and I’m sure my wife won’t know that difference. I’ll keep my eyes peeled in the coming months, fingers crossed some good deals come up.
I did point the golf out to her today - too ‘manly’ for her, whatever that means. ??
That sounds good! Where did you find that please? Hoping to get an order in soon

No problem. We went for Hurricane Grey as it's the only no-cost option. Metallic does add around £24 per month as you say. I think Daniel's been inundated with requests/quotes on the new 508 deal hence the mistake.
If it's of any help, I phoned another 3 Peugeot dealerships and spoke to their fleet department, none of them could match/improve on the offer. One said the 'other dealership must be doing something dodgy with that quote'... I'm personally not a fan of that technique. Other 2 dealerships were £5-£10 more per month.

The best that Daniel could get to was £1100 + £325 x 23 (£8575 total) on 15k miles and metallic paint. My local garage agreed to match that so ended up going with them after I'd taken the car (GT Spec) out for a test. Great car and if the 180 BHP has anything near as much pep as the 225 GT I will have a good two years! I went for the 15k miles against your good suggestion on the basis that I didn't want to feel like every mile was costing me more. Thought it may take away from it a little so better to have it paid and enjoy using the mileage rather than trying to keep to a minimum. The car is made to be driven. Thanks again all

Is yours a factory order? If so, what lead time were you quoted?
