I also got in on the A Class deal and whilst I have been lurking for a long time this is my first, what are your plans on the first service?

Good question, keen to understand other people's view!

Brexit is also playing a factor, ive been told this by leasing ops. I reckon there is some truth in that but I also think it’s a very convenient excuse for delays at the moment.

I suggest you open separate Mercedes A-class leasing thread and discuss it there. Or just read Mercedes forum.

I got told by another leasing company saying the docs are full of cars. So supply isn't a massive issue only slows down on factory order.

I've cancelled an order with Audi in the past (via Central leasing) paid £360 to Audi as the car had already been built (was written in my terms). Broker was good enough not to charge me again for ordering another car. Always read the T&Cs you will find what you need to know in there - most can't answer that for you other than share their experiences.

I've been told that by a Peugeot dealer and a Ford dealer. The manufacturers have got as many cars across the border into the docks before March 29th just in case of the no deal 'B'-word. Their challenge now is getting the logistics in place to get all those cars to dealers and the end customers.

i don't subscribe to the idea that you owe the dealer money if you cancel the order. The deals we circulate in this thread are good ones, resulting in high demand on fulfilment, and consequently factory orders and so on. The physical stock in that instance would be shifted in a heartbeat. The fact that it is built should make no odds at all. Depends however what the terms are in what you have signed, but it's unlikely that specific fees or penalties are detailed; or indeed left to the dealer to decide. Broker admin fees may be a different matter as they won't necessary receive an order that can be fulfilled against that car, so they may have truly lost a sale, but still I'd prefer a deal which brings no admin fee anyway.

Yeah, compared to any PCP quotes I got from mercedes/carwow/leasing.com, this was the cheapest. Car did come with metalic paint, premium pack and upgraded 19in alloys.
Agreed - better than the numbers I had seen approaching dealers on carwow/ email. Struggling with next step myself. A 43 would be nice, but probably too similar to the S4. Wishing and hoping for some good numbers on M4/ C63/ Alfa Quads. We shall see!
Enjoy the 43 - sure it will be lovely! smile

I ordered my car via Leasing Options (Cupra Lux) in mid Jan and was told late March delivery, I picked it up on Monday so only really a day late. Not wanting to make you feel bad yours has been held up but that there might be some BS flying about in the name of Brexit. It got to the dealer the week it was originally supposed to as well.

I have a 2018 Audi A4 Allroad 2.0 TDI 190 with 12 months remaining of a 2 year lease.
3k miles done and the 2 year allowance is 16k.
Black with black leather.

Monthly payments are £270, maintenance included.
If anyone would be interested in having this transferred to them for the remainder of the lease, please let me know.
It's direct with Audi (VWFS)

I've gone for the Leasing Options Cupra (non-Lux) at £251.99 3+23 10K miles, no fees. £273 pcm aromatised.

Excess mileage is 6.27 pence per mile including VAT.

Factory order, delivery in July (was late June when I asked yesterday).

Can choose any of the available colours.

Apparently the deal expires tomorrow and they need to get your credit check done today if you want to place an order.

Kumquat put through on another Cupra from LO.

Mystery blue, non-Lux, 8k pa, £269pm, 1+23.
Went for 8k as we won't do 8k so no point paying a bit extra for 10k.

Price rises tomorrow from Seat on the Cupra (at least, maybe its across the board) so as previous posters have put get orders in now.
Hope the clutch lasts until July on my current manual Cupra Black in Magnetic grey.....................

What about costs to the dealer? Especially if it's been registered. Its utter ball ache to try and get the DVLA to deregister a car, and a lottery as to if they'll do it or not.

I am not referring to situations where the car is registered and ready to be delivered, as apart from anything else the customer will be well committed by that point. They cannot back out. If you've not signed paperwork, the car isn't registered, even if it's built and in-transit to the dealer, the dealer is not incurring costs.

Hi Tom.

Did you collect the car from the York dealership? trying to arrange to collect ours on a Saturday but saying they can only do Monday-Friday collection due to it being a fleet car.

I may well go for this tonight but need to discuss with the boss first aka wife. I def want the Lux though rather than standard.

Is there a choice of all colours or just certain ones eg white, silver only?
