I ordered my car via Leasing Options (Cupra Lux) in mid Jan and was told late March delivery, I picked it up on Monday so only really a day late. Not wanting to make you feel bad yours has been held up but that there might be some BS flying about in the name of Brexit. It got to the dealer the week it was originally supposed to as well.
Hi Tom.

Did you collect the car from the York dealership? trying to arrange to collect ours on a Saturday but saying they can only do Monday-Friday collection due to it being a fleet car.
the upside of it being fleet is that you should get free of charge trailer delivery to any UK location. That might work better than trying to get there for a specific time on a weekday. 99.9% of their deliveries are like this so you wouldn't be putting them out.

Yes. we know that's the norm, just we are off Scotland for the week so can collect on the way past so looking into the logistics.

Thanks

anyone know if the a-class (12 month, £199 total motion deal) has to be delivered immediately? my lease runs out in july. I ordered an a5 coupe for 290-ish a month (1+23) but would prefer the a class deal so may have to cancel that

I still haven't bitten the bullet on a lease deal but I spotted this outside a Ford dealer earlier:

Ford Fiesta 1.1 Zetec 3dr Petrol Hatchback

Customer Deposit £169
47 Monthly Payments Of £169
Cash Price £13,296.32
Amount of Credit £13,127.32
Fees £20
Optional Final Payment £5,444
Total Amount Payable £13,745
Duration Of Agreement 48 Months
Annual Mileage 6,000 (Excess 6p/mile)
Fixed Rate of Interest 0.82%
Representative 1.2% APR (Fixed)

I read that 4 year deals are questionable due to having no warranty towards the end? And the percentage of list price is high, but it's 4 years.

Is this in any way worth having if you needed a cheap reliable runaround?

If you wanted a PCP deal, then yes, maybe.

Kumquat put through on another Cupra from LO.

Mystery blue, non-Lux, 8k pa, £269pm, 1+23.
Went for 8k as we won't do 8k so no point paying a bit extra for 10k.

Price rises tomorrow from Seat on the Cupra (at least, maybe its across the board) so as previous posters have put get orders in now.
Hope the clutch lasts until July on my current manual Cupra Black in Magnetic grey.....................
I’d be happy with that deal, do you have the contact details of the person you dealt with ? I had a few quotes sent through but coming out a lot higher for some reason !

Apols, I just realised I posted a PCP query on the lease thread. THAT'S how unfamiliar I am with all this!

No bother, not that many deals around at the moment anyhow.. Cupra, Volvo, Golf R Estate, Alfa Guilia are flavour of the month at the moment.

At the cheaper end of the market the Astra deals are hard to beat https://leasing.com/independent-brokers/jet-vehicl...

No problem, just make sure you are happy without the eccoboost engine. The 1.1 is pedestrian!

The Golf R Estates are all gone now I think.

I may well go for this tonight but need to discuss with the boss first aka wife. I def want the Lux though rather than standard.

Is there a choice of all colours or just certain ones eg white, silver only?
Lux is in offer from hotukdeals as well.
All colours as they are a factory order.

I did. It was a PITA to be honest. Was there nearly 2 hours with about 90 minutes of it not knowing if the car was even ready and nobody there knew anything about it.

Still better than waiting another week for it though.

That's a good price, but I still wouldn't fancy having to try and get £15k for it after 2 years and 30,000 miles. They are an ageing model (old model in less than a year) which doesn't review favorably against newer models and is a little un-trendy vs Golf Rs and Civic Type Rs etc. (although I think mine is great TBH but haven't driven the rivals other than the Golf)

Get plenty of people eyeballing mine though, must be the copper badges.

9+23 £420 for a CLS seems half decent

Just confirmed on a cupra from Leasing Options, used the HUK deal to get 9+23 for £212 12k miles, no processing fee. Well happy. Been looking for months for a car to replace my A4

That’s 2 cars bagged now thanks to the help of this forum. All you Lease Hunters out there I salute you. You have saved me thousands.
