I think its just the delivery date. The guy im dealing with is on holiday so got a feeling ill be getting one of these once he back next week.
I’ve just sent off an email about my A250 order too, my current car goes back at the start of October, any slip in delivery date would get very costly for me to the point I might have to cancel the order.

I presume you’re talking about Nicky at Arnold Clark. Let me know if you hear anything back in the mean time as I’ll probably spend the weekend looking for a new car if this ends up being true.

Im starting to have a panic now eek
I ordered an A180 AMG line exec, had an estimated delivery date of 30/07 but they were holding it until early Oct when my current lease goes back. Were you both given an estimated delivery date ?

I've just got a new job and need to find a new car. I've seen loads of offers for Audi and Mercedes and would fancy one of these but I'll be doing a lot of motorway miles and need around 20-25k miles.
Has anybody seen any high mileage offers?
Grab a sensible car ( say 6k worth of Mondeo) that will do the miles for the 1st few months until you get your feet under the table and lump into a Merc lease deal?
Unless you're 100% you'll be there beyond probation and for a further couple of years, I wouldn't jump into a commitment like a lease that has no easy options for cancellation. Is a company car not an option? Let them take the risk. Alternatively a short term rental or a cheap (good) car purchase is the better option?

Re Perth A class. Last thing we heard was middle of June

"They have informed us that your vehicle has an operational block placed on your vehicle , they do not tell us what this block is or why it has been applied. The car was showing an estimated delivery of early July but this might now be pushed back, it could also stay on track"

We had this last year from MB head office for a GLA, the day it was meant to be delivered.

Turned out to be WLTP issues that they had to iron out, but given that there are loads of A Class variants on the road with 2019 plates, surely this can't be the reason?

You gave me a scare there, I thought that's a really good price compared to what I agreed but when you take it to 10K PA & then reduce initial payment down to 3 months & add the £13.odd for the privacy it jumps up to £458, still a great car if that's in you budget but I was on a £350 max.
