They make 240-250hp and 420Nm on good fuel like Tesco Momentum.

Yes it can be easily removed by a visit to our workshop.

The remap properly custom made on our rolling road costs £499.
I wouldn't get a remap personally as it'll typically flag on the ECU which the dealer would then be able to see. I was looking for good information on the piggyback boxes as they are much less obvious with a dealer, remove them, tidy the wiring loom. Job done.

I got that back in 2016 as well. When the bank statement came in each month, my TV/Phone/Broadband bill was actually more expensive than my brand new car!
Yes but the caveat was that the passat was the biggest pile of s*** you will ever drive in your life!

My friend handed his back 9 months early it was that bad....paid £900 for the privilege too.

I suspect VW knew as a new retail proposition they wouldn't shift them so dumped them into the leasing market most of whom had never drove the bloody thing smile

Affinity leasing. Sorry, some restriction on posting came up (something about abuse of the system or something like that), preventing me from replying.

Who’s this with please? I’ve been looking all week for the same car and none of the 3 lease companies I have contacted have got back to me. My local dealer could only get one with winter pack which was over £100/month more.
Thank you

Absolutely struggling to replace my BMW 420D that's due up in December.

Got a smashing deal on that £365 amortized (inc. full maintenance) so would like something equally as executive but around the same money. Come on Q4 deals!!

just looked now and their website is utter ste - it doesn't even mention monthly payments? You have to contact them for every single deal to find out. Plus there is a suspicious "enter your discount code here" massive box at the top of the page. Sounds scammy.

I think Affinity is like a company staff reward scheme, so you need a membership to access the deals.

Last 3 cars leased have all been under 20% using the 10k, 24 month calculation-

Jaguar XF RSport - 18.9%
Passat Alltrack - 9%
Golf R 19.8% (included full maintenance & tyres)

Obviously the Alltrack was the best deal, probably never to be repeated!!
Wow. Great deals. Well done and potential thread winner for now!

Thanks Gareth

Comfort pack, NAV pack, crap 18" grip spoke wheels. List price 29,000. Car wow price 27,600

So at best it's a 27% deal. At worst it's a 28.5% deal. And only 8k mile. It also needs a Company Director or someone receiving car benefits. Basically rubbish all round.

Evening all, so my Peugeot Traveller Allure goes back in 8 weeks. Now I’m not saying this car sets the world on fire but I’m astounded by the deal I got on this: ~£190pm 6/17 with colour option & 10kpa, which works out to less than 12% of the cheapest new price I’ve seen for this model (~£37k). Now granted, you would never pay that! But it’s still good value.

Wife has a bigger car now so I’m looking to get something sportier & quicker to replace it - trouble is I feel slightly aggrieved that I probably won’t find such a good value deal again! Appreciate it was a fairly short lease but that suited me fine.

So my question is what’s the best deal you’ve ever had?

Ours is going back mid October. Gone way over on the mileage, luckily its only 10ppm inc VAT. Amazed I've not had to service it; intervals are 2 years/25k miles! Ours is now over 20k. Been back to the dealer a few times for the doors not closing properly.

It's ok to drive for a van, but still not great. Toys are good. Good MPG for what it is, 37 average.

There was a Passat allroad deal as cheap as the Traveller but was more of an error I think. Plus as you say Traveller list prices are crazy.
Haha great Peugeot build quality- I had similar, had my spanner out on day one as the bonnet wouldn’t lock after I opened it so had to adjust the catch. It is what it is and served me well taking the kids on camping trips! Certainly can’t complain at what it’s cost. I had to check about the service interval as I convinced myself they would still want me to service it! Had to put some tyres on and went for the same brand which weren’t too cheap £240 a pair I think)

Wow! I mustn’t have been on the market when the Alltrack deal was around - missed that one! I couldn’t get the Traveller on 24 months at the time but using the same monthly cost works out to around 16% so I’m pretty pleased with that. I’ll be bang in 10kpa limit when mine goes back so mileage allowance was a good guess!

The Velar Pink leasing deal is through Total Motion, someone has posted this on a google review and they’ve responded to say they are not part of TM Ltd. I’ve received the finance docs and it says that Pink leasing is a trading name of TM Ltd - clearly trying to hide something there.

The finance funding company is through Arval and they have requested a shed load of financial documents/ evidence, even after the finance had apparently been approved.

Loads of negative reviews and horror stories on trust pilot that they charge you thousands for damage when they send their appointed inspectors Manheim to come and pick up and do the end of lease inspection!

In a dilemma now as the deal is good but don’t want to get bent over when handing it back!

Thanks for sharing, this is quite worrying. I got a call from Paul at Pink late on Thursday to say my approval had come through from funder and he was now going on leave and back next Tuesday, when he'd send across papers for me to sign. Something about this deal from the beginning has been making me paranoid, the old 'if it looks too good to be true...' springs to mind.

I'm in same pickle - stick with it or give it up and look elsewhere?

Pink Leasing was called Total Motion couple of months ago. Just before they offered cheap A-class deals. So nothing suspicious.

Manheim is known to be the worst and most strict company regarding damage at the end of lease. So it's your choice if you want to go through Arval who uses them. Nothing to do with actual broker, they just use different founders for different deals.
