Leon Cupra 300 going back soon and just been offered the Cupra Ateca:

24 month contract on 8k miles annually, £1500 down and £324 thereafter. Cant see many better deals for the Ateca tbh.

I’d be interested in an affinity code if someone wouldn’t mind sharing via PM. Thanks in advance

That's a lot better than I've seen the Ateca being offered in the past. Factory or in stock?

Are there no penalties/ drawbacks for doing this?
If you don't break T&C, there's no penalty. My VWFS contract says that excess mile costs 10.8p between 1 and 99999 miles.

The A4 saloons are slightly cheaper than the Avant

Sounds like something I would be very interested in.

But when I sent an enquiry got the standard you must be a member....

Ah well. On to the next one

Re: Affinity - I believe you only need the name of another client, not to work for or be a member.

So logically we should be able to organise a chain of people with orders ongoing / wanting quotes...

The emplpyee discount website is run by 'Xexec' they seem to run them for most big employers, googling Xexec clients might help ;-). Saying that though on the form I filled in after I had to list my employers name and address.

I've just requested a quote for a 12 month extension on my current Cupra 300 lease that's due back in May (just to keep my options open and see if it comes down below a new one). Currently £290 a month, I wonder what the one armed bandit at VWFS will spit out!
usually heavily influenced by where you are in terms of actual mileage versus contracted mileage.
Pretty sure I'm bang on for what my contracted mileage is vs what it should be after 24 months.
i think you only stand a chance of getting a cheap extension if you are forecast to be way under the miles at the end, but i think there are other factors involved too. Depends how the used market has treated these cars since you signed up, as it will affect what the funder may realistically forecast as a disposal price / residual. I think it is as you say a bit of a tombola of whatever.
Not sure I agree - I am 5k under my miles (I know - lesson learned!!) and ring VWFS for an extension on my Cupra. Jumped from £280 a month to £400 - with a charge of £60 for their troubles! I just think it’s a completely random system
Just had my quote through, £360 a month for another year, up from £290. i'll ask again next month, but that seems a bit rubbish when a brand new one is £260 a month!

Hi folks,

Any company I contact are telling me that for stock vehicles, I would probably need to take in the next 2/3 weeks.

Now given that my car doesnt go back until the end of January, Would I be best waiting until around about xmas to try and get myself a stock vehicle on a decent deal?

Thanks

Is Santander still the best place for one?
