Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 8)
Discussion
Hi folks,
I'm totally new to leasing, I'm a bangernomics type of bloke but my sister's car has just given up, 2006 Ka. She's decided she wants the least stress possible and with me no longer living around the corner to fox and look at stuff she's decided she wants a lease or something similar.
Her only requirements are, manual, petrol and the cheapest possible deal! Nothing else matters.
Where do I start, what's about?

I opted for the 35 tfsi black edition in Daytona grey with comfort and sound pack for £900 ish down and £304 pm over same terms.
Funny I went to see one at local Audi dealer ( who only had the 2019 one) but similar size etc he asked to see me quote so could compete and try to gain my business.
After I told him the deal he pretty much laughed and said he’s would be almost double the cost, and would only believe me once the car actually turns up. What a knob.

Yeah its always a good laugh going to dealers to check out a car you are thinking of ordering and seeing the best price they can come up - always miles off! Not a bad thing though because if dealers started offering the deals we are accustomed to there wouldn't be any good deals for us.

Anyway, I am more than happy with what I am paying, especially with the increased mileage also.
I have not seen the new model yet, I hope it is as lovely as the pictures show. Seem to get good kit as standard too.
Just got to sell my car now.

Affinity making prices up as they go. Hate that with some of these brokers.
Everyone is getting different quotes for same spec of car
Yeah, they do confuse me slightly with their quotes. I mentioned before, but I was told that solid paint wouldn't give a cheaper quote from metallic, due to the residual value of car being less. This is totally against how leases are normally quoted. Very strange. Who's the finance provider for these? Assume not VWFS?Everyone is getting different quotes for same spec of car
