Hi all been lurking for a few months.

Just seen a Megane RS 280 on lease loco with the cup chassis (so it says).

1+23 with 8k miles: £267.96 a month plus £359.99 admin
That price differs by £50 a month compared to their website
I have just had a look and its exactly as the OP says.

1+23 with 8k miles : £627.95 upfront [£267.96 1st month plus £359.99 admin] £267.96 per month x23 thereafter

I don't think he meant 'too good to pass on', I think he meant "too good to pass on", as in too good to pass by or let go.
English is a bit tricky like that sometimes, even punctuation doesn't really help!
Haha. I definitely didn't mean that I'm not going to share but if anyone's interested, please wait until 10am tomorrow to enquire about it, just incase.

For 5k miles I'm getting that price, but for 8k miles I get

Unless I'm doing something wrong

Same but I then use the price match guarantee that ALA have. I don’t know why but I prefer ALA to total loss gap, based on no scientific evidence or research?!

When cancelling a lease order (only had admin fee taken over phone, not agreed finance or signed finance documents) where does one usually stand with regards to getting admin fee back? Will need to check T&C’s but wondering what has happened in other people’s experiences.

Is Black Edition necessarily also S-Line?
Mark V GTD said:
Yes - it has the same external badging and 'S' embossing on the seat backs etc but with different wheels and black external trim.
Does that mean it is also full S-Line spec throughout?

You get S-Line spec plus some additional stuff. Black Edition is a step up from S-Line.

It typically is not refunded.

If it’s the A6 then Black Edition has all Sline spec but adds:

Tints
Flat Bottom Steering Wheel
De Chrome to Black
20” Alloys
Black wing mirrors

I was planning on going through with it until they decided to change the admin fee from £198 to £360 out of nowhere, the fee was £198 on their website as well as all the finance documents they sent to me as well

Received my Kia Sportage 1.6T GDi ISG GT-Line from Stoneacre last week. Pretty happy as it is my 1st lease. £6,147 for 2 years 8k - £256pm amortized.

I originally didn't go for the maintenance which was an extra £13 pm. I have contacted them again to try and add it but they are unable to.

Car service schedule is every 12 months (or every 10k). Can I delay the 1st service by a few weeks to avoid paying for the 2nd service?
I should hopefully be getting my Sportage ISG 4 AWD DCT next week on a two year lease, I’ve looked around and I don’t think there’s an official grace period.

Some people on the Kia owner forums have said a month or 500 miles (in total over all services though, so you can’t keep stretching each service out) but that’s unofficially, I’m not going to take any chances though as it’ll cast a large shadow over the possibility of any future warranty work once the car is handed back.

And I imagine the lease company will want the car serviced as per the warranty terms which will not state any grace period.

This is my first lease car though, would it be possible to send it back a week early before the service is due?

considering they are charging for admin, and taking/processing an order and then cancelling an order is admin... i'd go even further and say it's unreasonable to even expect to get it back. They do charge a lot for that I agree, but that's what you sign to agree to.

It sure is but it's kind of worked out for me cause I've decided a diesel isn't going to work for me, tend to do a quite a few short journeys.

The A6 deal they had over a week ago had the admin fee at £198 so this increase suggests to me that there are going to be a couple of more good deals coming through.

Not to take away from the deal because like you said its a very decent price, but just note that from what I can see its actually the pre-facelift A4 and not the latest one with updated headlights/grille/bumper etc.

And it's all relative too - if you're happy with the deal then go for it but an example of some of the deals that have popped up recently would be the one I jumped on: I managed to bag one of the December Affinity Leasing deals on a facelift Black Edition A4 Avant (35 TFSI S Tronic) for £1.2k down, £205 per month (inc. VAT) for 5k miles PA on a 24 month deal.

The offer is for the facelift A4, it's just the picture on their website just hasn't been updated, the pre-facelift A4 35 TDI engine had 150 PS and the new one has 163 PS
