Have you had a response this evening with docs? I thought you had just opened an account to call tomorrow?
I’m keen to get signed up but I thought they closed for business at 5pm.
Sorry not very clear.... I called yesterday afternoon and had the docs sent over. Decided against faffing about opening an account. Then changed my mind and opened one. I've since decided to carry on with the V90 deal - it's not a great deal more a month amortised, and they do come with more kit (pilot assist, camera etc) as standard. The S60 engine is nicer however but that's not an issue for me at the moment, I want something more bargey.

And yes you're right they closed at 5pm I think. I called before 8 last night and they were shut.

Alfa derby have some Giulia veloce on the £340 ish deal 6+23 on 10k per annum. In stock my19 version but 69 plate.

Red and misano blue available. Was very tempted but sticking to my 330i
Can I ask what the deal was on your 330i please? I’m trying to convince the wife to go with one of the S60’s, but she’s a badge snob, so might have to look elsewhere.

Tempted to see if I can cancel the S90 Momentum Plus T4 and go with the S60 R-Design T5.

Pros: cheaper amortised cost, better engine, better design

Cons: no pilot assist, have to open a bank account, faff about cancelling an order already made

Tricky. I'd imagine they won't hang around long too.
Is that correct about the pilot assist? I’ve had a few V60s on hire from Europcar. All have had the pilot assist. That could be a deal breaker for me. The system is better than the VW and Merc system I’ve used by quite some way.
Going from the Volvo configuration all S60 trim levels do not have it as standard. It's part of the Intellisafe package with the cross traffic systems, BLIS and probably something else I can't remember.

I rang about the S60 late yesterday and all of the £229 cars had gone frown

They had some Inscriptions and R-designs with options still available starting around £250-260.
How much extra was metallic?

A quick question if anyone can help please - I have a 24mth 20000mile total contract with Vwfs. If I was to return car early by 3mths with exactly 20000miles already would there be any charge for excess mileage (pro rata)???
Thanks

Yes.

But depending on car and numbers it's less than leaving it on the drive and paying the three months.

The last £229 car had metallic included for that price, was my 1st choice colour too frown

You'd have to ring to see what spec cars are left and the prices

Yup same - ring up and terminated with 2 months left, paid 55% of remaining payments - plus it takes a little while for the auction to arrange collection, so you generally get a decent grace period using the car in between (around a month)
Awesome. What are VWFS like for tyres? Do they have to be over 3mm or just legal?
They haven’t actually collected mine yet. General consensus is that VWFS are pretty lenient and even if something needs replacing , the costs are reasonable.

R e the Santander offer, I was told the inscription model is £259. Looks a decent deal but quite high fuel figures.

Pondering cancelling my A4 Avant deal for this now.

Decisions decisions!
Let me know if want to cancel your A4 deal - I may be able to help you out. PM if you like with Spec/Deal details...!

I hold out hope that Santander have queued the enquiries and are working through them one by one.
If anyone has actually got a confirmed order then spec would be interesting to know and prices.
Cheers
