The Mrs is after a new car and I thought leasing might be the way to go. Problem is that she does 50 miles a day.
Are there ever any decent deals on 15k?
Everything remotely decent value is 5k, at which point it seems pointless having anything other than a shed.
I'm looking at the LEAF with 15k quotes, once you take off the fuel savings its pretty cheap. Are there ever any decent deals on 15k?

Have a look at the last 3 pages of quotes.
Even the KIA Xceed is cheap if you get 10k and pay the 3ppm excess

The price including £250 paint option but after £3,500 PiCG is £27,895
So the N-Connecta, on a 10kpa deal of £6445 works out as 23.1%
Not exactly fantastic but it's under the 25% benchmark.
Baring in mind if we worked it based on P11D of £31,395 it's a much better 20.5%
All a number crunching game and optics but I think we can safely say it's the best 2nd Gen Nissan Leaf N-Connecta deal, ever!
I forgot they were white, that price is the price for the free Flame Red off the Nissan website. So the N-Connecta, on a 10kpa deal of £6445 works out as 23.1%

Not worth adding the government grant value onto the value as you would get that if you bought it.
It's very cheap motoring especially when you add in the fuel savings if you are able to charge at home.
Octopus Go charge just under 15p per kWh (peak) my current one is just under 14p per kWh (all the time).
If you switch to them they will credit you 8000 miles worth of driving at the 5p rate too.
If the car can manage the range of my commute then it's a no brainer.

I ordered a A4 with RGW this week too. Paid the processing fee Tuesday. Had a email today saying my finace documents were being processed and is on track to be delivered in March. I'd like to ask why your delivery date is so much later then mine? P.S I thought it was a very good deal.
I assume because from the start I was only interested if delivery between 25th April - 7th May ideally. I was under impression no issues with pushing delivery date back further beyond that April/May if I had wanted to as well.Greywall said:
I've come back to this site after a while and believe this is a stonking deal! Work for the NHS, too! Any other deals like this floating around? Would FTK on a similar deal if so!
Keep an eye on the offers page, every now and then something like this pops up and you need to nab it quick, there were Jag IPaces on there recentlyAbuHaneefah said:

Yes Octopus Go is there or there abouts comparative to the cheapest on day rates. A lot of people expect to be stung for higher rate like the old E7 tariffs. Not worth adding the government grant value onto the value as you would get that if you bought it.

Their standing charge is bit higher at 25p/day (I pay about 11.5p with EON) so about an extra £40/year.
The free 8000 miles worth is only when you take a vehicle from their lease scheme. It's not just for anyone switching to Octopus GO. There's the £50 referral credit though
I've placed an order for a demo request from my employer, hopefully for the N-Connecta, to check it out. Got a trip to London on Thursday so that would be ideal if they can arrange it for then.
This might be a really stupid question and I haven't really leased a car before but it suits my needs now so want to give it a go.
Is there a good time to lease a car? When I started looking about 3 weeks ago, lots of deals around and cars I was interested in (mainly high performance) then they have all dried up or have significantly risen in price, is it because of sales targets for the end of the month? Or the new plates in March etc?

Was this the Avant?
If so, i'd be interested to know the details too please....
I'm just over a year into the deal I'm afraid, was just stating that dealing with the dealer direct isn't as expensive as you might think sometimes, this was for the saloon, although I did add daytona paint, VC and extended ambiant lighting to the spec so it should have been even cheaper! If so, i'd be interested to know the details too please....

Niiiice.
Looks a lot more aggressive than a 420i. I thought they would look the same, except for perhaps an extra exhaust outlet
Thank you mate. They do actually look the same, if they have the M Sport Plus pack they come with all the black accents and 19” wheels. Also the adaptive lights have a more aggressive look than the standard lights. Looks a lot more aggressive than a 420i. I thought they would look the same, except for perhaps an extra exhaust outlet
