I know the salary sacrifice scheme for the NHS affects pension because the NHS pension is much better than normal private schemes.
However if my employer did salary sacrifice, I don't think it would make as much difference, I'm not sure if it would make any.
Can anyone clarify?

If you're not doing the miles, I'd definitely avoid the diesel. There's a thread somewhere on Pistonheads where a guy leased an XF diesel for 5k pa and the car is now on it's third or fourth dpf. JLR have now told him for the next dpf failure, he would be liable for the costs.

Have FTK on another Leon Cupra through lease renewals at VWFS. 3x36 @ £316 but they found a dealer contribution of about £600 from a dealer in York. So deposit is only around £576. Increase in VED included.

Leon Cupra ST, 10K a year factory order in Midnight Black. Going from the Leon Cupra 3 door in Desire Red. Will be weird having usable back seats.

Went through a number of possibilities with VWFS, providing quotes on the Leon Cupra R ST, the Cupra Ateca. The Leon R was tempting. But not £90 a month more.

I ordered one about 3 weeks ago. Don't really need it yet as the V90 doesn't go back until May but I can suffer it for the price.
We have been looking for something like this for ages so snapped it up when we saw it.

What colour did you go for? Have you driven one?

It would because you lose the employer contribution on the salary sacrificed
