VWFS lease cancelled collections

Ok so I’ve just had an email from Audi responding to an online form.
It states I need to have the car insured until the end date of my contract which is the end of May. At this point I can cancel the insurance.
Makes sense, but they have totally ignored the fact I paid the car off in full at the beginning of March, so confusion still remains.
Email received yesterday confirming that I don’t need to insure the car since the original booked collection date has passed. Now I’ve got it in writing I’m happy to cancel...It states I need to have the car insured until the end date of my contract which is the end of May. At this point I can cancel the insurance.

Nice one.
I’m guessing the rest of us have to just keep trying periodically.
I’ve just logged in and booked it for next Wednesday. Seems a bit optimistic to me, we’ll see. Not sure if there is any link, but I’ve had an appointment missed due to the shutdown so don’t know if they are only allowing these missed bookings first? Maybe just a coincidence. I’m guessing the rest of us have to just keep trying periodically.

Did you get a text with the same link as above?
I got a new text, same link tho.Managed to book new collection date, for next week. Also got email confirmation straight away.
Dear Customer, we have received a logistics request from VWFS for your vehicle. We had some reports yesterday of issues booking using our portal we are confident we have resolved them. Please use the following link to book your appointment, using agreement No. : https://vwfsbookingportal.bca.com/BCA_Portal/.. If you have any issues please email bcalcustomerservices.vwfsdefleet@bca.com
So frustrating, my car was meant to be collected a month ago, literally the day they stopped collecting, so I would hope if there is any type of order to this, I should be near the front.
Can't get past the login on the vwfs or generic portal using agreement number with or without zeros.

Just got the text again today morning, tried to book on my laptop and phone but all the dates on the calendar are greyed out. I can't select any dates. Any ideas guys?
Same here. Contrary to their text, I guess yesterday's "issues" haven't actually been resolved (well not based on our experience anyway).ib170 said:

Not sure what order they're going in. My cancelled collection was from 8th April.I finally got a reply in reference to not insuring the car, although some of my other questions were ignored, as I paid my early settlement mid March but getting the standard letters saying I’m in arrears.
Part of the email below reference insurance.
We will not be able to proceed with collection until Government restrictions have been lifted. Until we are able to rearrange collection please follow the below important steps;
· The vehicle can be uninsured but must not be driven under any circumstance*
· Keep the vehicle safe, locked, secure and where possible store the vehicle off the road and on private land
· Please remove all personal belongings, keys and keyless entry devices
· In the event the vehicle is stolen or damaged by fire, you must immediately notify us and the police and obtain a crime reference number
· If you road fund license expires before your vehicle is collected please tax your vehicle as usual and we will refund the cost of a 6 month road fund license
· Please provide a copy of the DVLA receipt for the road fund licence to EOCqueries@vwfs.co.uk

Seems like BCA are as disorganised and shambolic as VWFS - no success with the booking portal, call the number they provide and all you get is a recorded message saying they are closed - car was due for collection 26th March - I did not even get advised that the collection was cancelled - had nothing at all from BCA and only contact from VWFS is to advise that I am in arrears (which I'm not) - many companies have handled this crisis really well, these two clearly have not.
I have raised a formal complaint with them and advised that if I have not heard anything from them within the next 7 working days then I will commence charging them a £20.00 per day storage fee as the car is being kept secure on my private driveway - all I want is some form of clear guidance and direction from them as opposed to threatening letters because of my non-existent "arrears".

Anyone on here terminate their PCH early?
Trying to figure out the next steps. I called Audi finance and through the menus got to an automated settlement figure and details of their account to do a bank transfer if I wish. Settlement figure valid til 16th May. Do I just transfer the money and then wait for acknowledgement/collection email? And does the 16th May mean that's my contract end date?
Difficult without speaking to someone but guessing their phone lines are hectic at moment.
