I'm actually very surprised, given your irrational hatred of car dealers and how they treat people, how you've rated a car sales business purely based on profitability?
It could be surprising / contradictory indeed. But then again, it's TB.

Odd comment DT. Overall 4 star review. You’re making things up again - ‘Irrational hatred’. Control yourself.

Nigh on 25% of the reviews are 3* or less. And an awful lot of their 5 star reviews are from people who have only ever created an account TrustPilot to leave a generically worded review of Big Motoring World.

I would have thought that wouldnt have passed the very high bar you set for car dealers.

They sold 25,000 used cars in 2019. I sense your more concerned they are significantly moving into click and collect as a big player and removing the traditional car salesmen and showroom issues. Bit of nitpicking.

Again, how many units they have sold and how profitable they are as a company seems to override your previous disdain for car dealers? I thought customer service rated more highly for you?
